Nissan of Mansfield

My transmission needed replaced in 2018. I was quoted by Nissan of Mansfield that it was going to cost $3700 to fix. They didn’t tell me it was still under warranty. Jason said that it may last 5 miles or 5000 miles. I decided to not get it fixed at that time because of the money. It finally failed and I got it fixed this week. After the repair I had to take my car back again because the exhaust needed repaired. The mechanic should have fixed it to start with. As part of replacing the transmission the exhaust needs to removed. They had to know the exhaust was bad when reassembled.

Jack was absolutely amazing. From day 1 he seemed to have my best interest and wanted to make sure i left with a new vehicle. Definitely will be doing business with him again

Think the highest praise in every category and that is him. He even came in on his day off to be there when I picked up my car. Just needed an oil change. Scheduled the appointment online the day before. They had a great play area for my granddaughter that was in a room just for little ones. This made our visit that much easier.

If you want someone to waste hours of your day just to tell you that they won't come down at all on the sticker price this is your place! I mean not a dime lower!

While checking in for scheduled oil change service I mentioned a problem with my rear lift door. Both the Service Manager and parts clerk took an interest and not only inspected the problem but, discussing it, together held each side of the door and used a "re-aligning force" to correct the problem. They worked this way for several minutes as they saw the alignment improving. It is now in better condition though a further improvement will be needed, perhaps in the body shop.
This was a totally unexpected assist with a misalignment problem I had been ruminating over. I was so impressed! It was as if two of my friends were just trying to help me out!

I wasn't sure all that needed attention but my Nissan needed to have the transmission oil changed (it had reached 60000+ miles.) On the way to my appointmen traveling on wet roads I noticed I had trouble acceleratiing up a modest grade on Home Road; I suspected my tires were worn. The multi-point inspection came back with the expected results. I had the oil changed and tires (all four) replaced and an alignment. They did all this in a little over an hour and half. I have not experienced any traction problems and the car tracks very well even when I let go of the steering wheel. I am completely satisfied with the quality and speed of the work.

A defect was found in my rear suspension that I had not been aware of. The staff was very concerned about my safety and gave me a ride home in their shuttle service. The repair was made on my car in just 2 days, completed under warranty. I felt very fortunate that I have been using your service department to do routine maintenance on my car!

Jack was very helpful. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and showed us the options to fit my daughter's budget. He didn't try to push off a junk vehicle with high miles like some of the places we have visited. We will definitely recommend Nissan of Mansfield to friends and family.

I feel confidant when I go in for servicing that everyone will be honest with me and not try to get me to have something done to my car that doesn't need it, the work is done in excellent time and I enjoy the wait with coffee and watching TV.

Only came for a recall correction. Close enough to other businesses that I was able too shop while waiting.

If you have a Nissan you need it fixed the place to go if you like to work on your own car parts manager said awesome guy get you your parts get you out the door it's the place to go

A super experience. Jeramy and Mike as well as the very nice finance director did a great job finding the right vehicle for us, being transparent and clear about costs, and delivering on promises. I hate buying cars, but this was fun.

Bought a 2016 CPO altima there in June 2017 sales staff was great had a great experience with them. Since then have twice tried to have the vehicle serviced there the first time I was told they could not get me in for almost two weeks. Today I tried again was told whoever it was who is supposed to answer the phone was busy and could not answer. Not sure what kind of buisness completely dismisses after sale customer care but this will be the last car I buy in Mansfield from now on I will take the extra time and drive to Columbus.
