Had an outdoor faucet that leaked big-time. Finally, my wife said why don’t you call the plumber. She got tired of waiting on me to get around to it. Gabe used the repair kit that I had bought and had it fixed within an hour. He also fixed a water hammer problem that I had with my new clothes washing machine. He installed a couple support clamps on my waterlines at the washer and that fixed it.now I can open the water valves all the way and get my laundry done faster than before. Thanks Gabe!

Steve and Alex were very professional and informative in the repairs that they completed. They answered all questions and gave some very good hints to prevent any future problems. We were so impressed with their work that they will be coming back in September to work on another problem that we need to fix. My experience with Nixco is always a great one. I love that they send text reminders the day before. They also text the day off when the tech is on their way with a picture of who to expect.

Todd did a great job installing our new tankless water heater. Had it done in 6 to 7 hours…. The day after we told Nixco it was a go.

We recently purchased a home and had some things that had fallen into disrepair over the years prior to us purchasing it. I initially called Nixco prior to Labor Day Weekend to set up for a small list of items to address the following Tuesday, (I had found Nixco through a Google search and was amazed by their reviews) After the weekend the list of repairs had grown and Nixco was incredibly flexible in making sure everything I had that needed repair got accomplished even though there were more than I originally informed them of. The service tech Todd and his counterpart were very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I told them before they left that if I have any other Plumbing needs I will contact Nixco and I will reccommend them to others who ask as well.

Todd and his assistant efficiently and expertly repaired two broken drainage pipes, which were situated 4 ft below grade. Todd's vast expertise and experience were obvious. The excavated area was the proper size to quickly expose the two broken pipes. Pipes were repaired with new pipes, proper connections, fittings and solvent.

Russ was professional, meticulous and very competent. His experience and expertise were quite evident and reassuring.

Shawn was very professional, polite and honest. Turn around time was fast. He left the job cleaner than he found it. We were completely satisfied with the total process and will be a repeat customer for sure!
