They were very nice to me and act like they understood what I was going thru with the passing of my sugar my pup still hurts but they were very nice and understood what I was going thru even let me go back to see my sugar before she passed

We have to bring our Gracie in every month. She knows why we are there and has become increasingly resistant. They go out of their way to make certain she receives the care she needs.which is not easy! The ladies that work the desk and the techs are all amazing. I would also like to give a shout-out to Dr DeAndre (spelling) whose knowledge literally saved Gracie’s life! I sincerely recommend Noah’s Ark to anyone looking for quality care for their pet

They always take such great care of my pet. The staff is friendly and professional, and the veterinarian is knowledgeable and caring.

My 17 year old daughter wasn’t allowed to seek treatment for her kitten in this establishment. Apparently you have to be 18 to enter the building and they turned her away!

Was traveling for the holidays and away from my regular vet. My 4 year old dachshund started uncontrollably scratching and has allergies. I took her to Noah’s Ark where she received immediate care. Made my holidays less stressful. The process to fit I her in on the day after Christmas was seamless.

I am glad that I took my dog there for her final place. You guys made her comfortable and I know she felt very loved in her last moments with us.

Waited almost 1 hour to get my dogs nails trimmed and I checked in online, it told me that there would only be a 17 minute wait, that's from when I left my house 15mins away, and I still had to wait almost an hour.

I Am so grateful for the kindness of the staff and Vet. We had to put my Yorkie Febe to sleep 3 year's ago and cremated and the our 16 year old Jessie james today and they were very kind and gave us more time with him. Thank you again you're kidness means allot.

Exactly 1 week since Jessie went to tge rainbow bridge. Just recieved my card in the mail. Everyone wrote "She" when my dog was male.
We came in today to find out what was wrong with my female 10 year old Yorkie Lucie. I was quoted a $1,000 for emergency surgery after spending $107.00 on x-ray and exam and cd. Even after emergency Surgury my sweet gorl passed away last night. My heart is in pieces.

Gossiping about customers is not ok. We will never go back to west chester again after the way they began to treat us. This place has really turned into a joke and not rescue friendly.

Took my dog here for the 1st time, she was sick and was treated by Dr. Rhodes and she is so kind and passionate by treating the animals.
I highly recommend Noah's Ark.

I’ve taken 3 of my dogs to Noah’s Ark. They have a great payment plan option for vaccinations, spay/ neuter, and flea treatment. However, my older dog was very sick and we took her to them. They did X-Rays and we spent over $300 just for them to tell us she had a UTI. But when we went to an emergency vet the next week, it turned out she had cancer. So I would not recommend them for serious issues.

My dog needed to be seen right away and my current vet could not fit us in - I checked in to Noah's Ark in West Chester and was seen within minutes! Excellent staff, clean facilities and thorough care by the entire team. I can say with confidence that they have gained a new regular customer today! Coco and I say thank you!

The staff did great with Max on getting his nails trimmed! He is awful when it comes to his nail trims.

I waited in the room for over 45 minutes to see the vet, for just a urine test ridiculous! No one else is in the office but staff, every time I come I feel like I’m in the welfare building

I cannot say enough about the staff at the Noah;s Ark West Chester location. I've been coming for 6 years and the current veterinarians are top notch. Recently my eldest cat needed teeth surgery and he's always been healthy and no previous issues. If it weren't for Noah's Ark Wellness Plan, I wouldn't have been able to afford the cost all in one payment. I encourage everyone to consider it. Thank you Noah's Ark - I entrust all of my cats to you 100%

The staff is absolutely amazing and really make you and your pet feel welcome and at home. Care here is affordable and they even have payment plans if you can't pay all at once. When I left I ended up signing my dog up for a care plan to insure that she doesn't get behind on her shots again.

Went there yeard ago and they was awesome. Went there tonight and the counter staff is clueless, I was given 3 different prices for puppy shots. By the time I, checked out it jumped up almost $20. Will be finding a new vet.

Found a lost kitten. I decided to go to Noah’s ark in Westchester to have him looked at. They gave me guidance on how to care for the kitten and educated me on the wellness plans to have him vaccinated and microchipped. The Dr.also answered any questions I have had. I will definitely be going back to this location very soon.

I love taking my pets to Noah’s Ark. They always are excited to see all the animals that come in and I really respect and am thankful for that. I’ve been to other local vets in the past and I felt like other places tend to make me feel like my pets are only animal. These people have a true understanding of how much our companions mean to us and treat them as if they are their own!

They are truly amazing. My girlfriend and I just started taking our cats to this clinic earlier this year. They are extremely nice and caring. We recently just lost one of our older cat to a very aggressive form of cancer and they helped us every step of the way. We just received a card signed by the staff at the clinic for the condolences of Arthur. They are very wonderful with our other cat as well. We will definitely stick with them for whole time we are in this area.
