2I've never been so sick and upset with a business in my LIFE! Had an appointment Monday to find out what the problem was. My husband was told it was a well pump and 1800.00 or less. We agreed and the guy came Wednesday to fix it. 8 hours later after needing to buy 12 more feet of pipe and being shocked by a price change to 2300.00 I was ticked. The guy said he was sorry and he was telling the office that he wasn't giving prices any more. He had no problem smoking on my property and telling my kids stories about people being shot in the head. When I spoke with the manager the next day she was extremely rude and acted like I made everything up the guy told me. It's funny that the guy told us he had sent his girlfriend of 30 years to the store to buy steaks and food for his birthday and it was 500 and our price went up 500 without warning The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL UNPLEASENT experience ever!
I thought they were coming first thing the next day, which was fine but they were able to come the same day. Professional too! So glad I finally found a reliable plumber!
