Help is super super rude and very not interested in helping customers, shoe department guy who is real tall is nasty as can be I spend toms of money there it's getting very old

Nice Nordstrom store located in the kenwood mall. First floor: shoes for men and women, jewelry and makeup, men’s clothing. Second floor: all women’s clothing and a bistro. Friendly and helpful staff, nice/clean facilities. Typically have a good stock of products.

If your looking for something and your not sure what to get you will find it at Nordstroms. Love that store.

Couldn't find a dress! When asking for assistance I was assissted, but they didn't go out of their way!

Nice mall with some high-end stores. No play area for children. They also removed the Tesla chargers they once had when the Tesla store was here.

No help. Difficulty finding prices for item. Limited selection of men's clothing. There's a reason that online shopping is becoming such a retail force.

I have always loved everything about Nordstrom's (except the prices). But today my daughter (and I) took advantage of Nordstrom's lovely Mother's Lounge where she could comfortably nurse her son (my grandson). What a wonderful space. What a wonderful service.

Tamica, Taylor, Kyle and Savanah as well as all associates unnamed are the best crew possible. The diversity of the team, and their willingness to please customers no matter how manic and excited is a true blessing.

Cafe Bistro was a delightful experience. Hard to find; however, the sales people are extremely helpful in directions. Surprised to see Top Shop in the store. I'll be back to shop.

Went shoe shopping for the kids and stopped in to see of they had anything we liked. I am not sure if my star wars t shirt was too shabby, but the two young guys behind the counter never even bothered to say hello. Nice store, but probably wouldn't spend my money here.

The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I was shopping in the formal selection, and the sales associates was very much on her job. I will definitely shop here again.

This is definitely the best department store in the Cincinnati area, but when compared to some other Nordstrom's in the country it is far from the best. They do offer a good base for men's clothing and the bistro is always delicious, as are some of the treats at the eBar. The staff are always helpful and friendly and definitely let you do your own thing, which I appreciate. I always like stopping in when I'm at the mall.

I arrived to pick up a package that was delivered to the store. A team of 6 people looked and searched, but still no package. I had a sit-in and to my surprise.the package was found! Love my new shoes!

Good experience. We were going there to exchange some flip-flops, and they had to have them shipped to us.

Small cafeteria but good for quick lunch.
The young lady at the front counter took wrong order, didn't seem to know how to correct it and the food served was incorrect against our order.

What is there to say I love Nordstrom. If I go to a city and there is a Nordstrom I am sure to find something that suits me there’s always something for everybody at Nordstrom. Just happen to take a day trip to Ohio visit the store and I don’t even want to say how much it set me back but it did and guess what I’m still happy. Love Nordstrom.
