Norfolk Southern - Rickenbacker Intermodal Terminal, Columbus OH

Thanks to someone who wrote this note. I took extra care driving & extra care opening the doors. I did not notice any issues while driving but thanks a lot for thinking of safety for all of us.

Unprofessional, lack of communication. Waiting on track side for over an hour while their on lunch to find out the track was cleared out and my pickup was moved to another area not communicated to the workers. If they had better communication skills with employees I would not of had a wait of over an hour.

If your only dropping off a load NS is by far the easiest lot to navigate. Also picking up boxes have became alot easier process. When I first started getting containers lifted the wait time used to be horrible, but they have really got alot faster. Just try to avoid getting box lifted between 4pm and 6pm because it tends to be slower around that time. But besides that Ns is my favorite lot in Columbus.

They released chemicals into the air, put gravel over contaminated soil instead of cleaning it up, then skipped a meeting where they were supposed to hear residents' concerns because they were concerned about their representatives safety. When will Mr. Shaw be moving to East Palestine so he can breathe the air in a daily basis? So he can drink the water?

Horrible human beings. Trying everything to silence anyone effected by their toxic chemical spill. Handing out NDAs and won’t take phone calls
