Everyone was very friendly and it was easy in and out the day of drop off and pick-up, both.

This is the second time with NC Collision. Both times it was the other driver’s fault! NC Collision does a beautiful job with repairing cars. I will never go anywhere else! 5 stars for them! You won’t be disappointed!

From the first initial phone call to picking up my Honda they were wonderful! I had my doubts about the repairs but looking at my car you’d never know it hit a deer. Great job and would highly recommend. Would definitely take another vehicle here. (Hopefully I never have to!) Thank you for the great work and wonderful employees!

I am a resident of Beavercreek, Ohio which is 3 hours away from North Canton. When my son was involved in an accident at school, I was forced to rely on his baseball coach for a recommendation on where to have our car fixed. He recommended North Canton Collision and I could not have possibly been more impressed with how they do business. My son's accident was in mid-November so even he was not in the area for the majority of the work because he was home on Christmas break. North Canton Collision's communication was OUSTANDING! From the girls that answer the phone to Matthew, my collision repair specialist, it was always a pleasant experience. I wish all businesses operated with kind of emphasis on customer service. The job they did on repairing the actual damage to the vehicle was equally as impressive. I was a bit surprised the insurance company did not just total it, but North Canton Collision returned my car to looking brand new. It was picked up washed and detailed, inside and out. I HIGHLY recommend North Canton Collision for your collision repair! I wish there was a repair company like theirs closer to home.

Stay clear of this place absolutely horrible service took a truck in for a tree falling on it had hood, fender cab and bed damage got my truck back about a month later after inspecting it I dont know what this shop did beisdes replace a door and paint half the truck and not even a exact match.

Truck had paint damage, hood fender cab bedside damage i got the truck back and after reviewing my invoice it says windsheild was pulled to repair damage truck went in no damage to windsheild got it back chipped they claimed to replace/ repair. My fender, it came back no fender liner bolts. Now my liner slaps against the wheel. They said they painted the truck. Well, the roof is scratched to oblivion taillights are still cracked. Also, my liscence plate light harnesses/pigtails still hanging out of my bumper failed to replace the antenna that snapped off they said they would keep my updated on the service as they repaired it never got a call throughout the whole repair process when they had the truck I had to call everytime to get a update for the progress of it and got the run around they sure do charge you an arm and leg for some dodgy work personal recommendation send your stuff to another shop if your insurance suggests this shop as the repair facility deny the service dont waste your time and money cause youll end up paying more after to get the proper repairs done should of just originally took the check and did the repairs my self stay clear of this place. 0/5 Stars
