This is the 2nd time I’ve had this company help me out in a bind & they truly are in the perfect line of business as far as helping and working in the customer service sector goes! My service technician, Anthony, was amazing! He is genuinely a great person who likes to help, and is very knowledgeable about cars, vehicles, and basic maintenance and the gentleman who initially answered the phone when I called was extremely compassionate, helpful and congenial. These guys are good at what they do and are reasonably priced, definitely worth calling them if you need some road-side assistance!

No one wants to deal with the hassle, inconvenience & aggravation of a car problem, but it’s bound to happen to us all at some point. I had the unfortunate experience of a tire blow out. With a spare but no jack, I had to call for help. I was connected with North Coast Emergency Services. Initially was told about a hour wait, but I was very happily surprised when it was less than 20 min. I was rescued by Anthony M- and I can’t say enough good things about him. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, jovial, thorough and an all around great guy. He made an awful experience almost fun. He was very detailed in everything he did and made sure to educate me along the way. Anthony is absolutely an asset to NCES & his representation says a lot about the company. I hope that this never happens again- but when it does- they will be my only call!

On Monday, February 6,2023 I had a flat tire and called my insurance company roadside assistance. They sent out North Coast Emergency. The Lead Tech the young gentleman Anthony M.came to my rescue. He changed my flat tire and explained things to me that I didn’t know about changing a tire. Anthony was so professional, friendly and kind. If you need have to call North Coast Emergency please request Anthony M. Thanks you Anthony for your tremendous help.

Anthony M. -lead tech helped me last Fri.as I had a dead battery. My insurance co.uses this company to help Clients this way. State Farm automobile insurance takes care of me in the same way AAA roadside assistance takes care of people. Anthony was professional. I appreciated his care. I am glad to know these companies work together. They have both been great in caring for me. Keep up the great work. Thank You all for what you do to help.
