We only went half way around. We went over the boardwalk and ended up on a beach with a bunch of boats anchored near the shore. Looks like a popular place. We had to turn back as a member of our group can't do sand. Plan on coming back and finishing the trail.

We visited in early September. The boardwalk is worn but very pleasant. Saw lots of frogs and heard birds. We will go back next time we're on the island!
