Not many like going to the dentist but this place makes it as easy and pleasant as can be! Incredible staff all around!

The staff at North Ridgeville Family Dentistry are the best. I feel like they are family and care for more than their excellent dental work. Always on time for appointments and will make sure if an issue arises they can make themselves available and take care of the problem. Dr Gupta cares for more than our teeth, he cares for our general health as well.
I broke off part of a tooth and called the dentist office at 8;30 AM, they scheduled an appointment at 10: 30 AM that day!

There can be no other rating for Dr Gupta and his staff but 5 stars! Their expertise and customer service can not be surpassed. I recently had an emergency on a Friday evening. Dr's. Gupta and Nisha are extremely experienced, compassionate, caring and accommodating. The practice is uptodate on the newest procedures and equipment and the staff are highly skilled and always very kind. I've never had a bad experience and can highly recommend this wonderful practice that goes above and beyond to make sure their patients are completely satisfied and treated like family. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Hadn't been to the dentist for awhile and I really appreciated how kind and non judgemental everyone was. I also really liked how thorough and informative the staff was. Never felt rushed and the staff really took the time to answer all questions.
