The team at North Shore Gastroenterology is truly in a league of their own. I've tried a few other area GIs, and between North Shore's empathetic and compassionate doctors, elite care and excellent facilities I can't imagine I'd ever go elsewhere. Dr. Adam Tabbaa and his team in particular have provided sage medical guidance on multiple occasions, employing empathy to put my mind at ease and a high skill proficiency and deep experience to treat the issues themselves.

I had the worst experience at Northshore. I was completely dismissed by condescending Kate and Adam. Kate told me when I Iexplained what I had been diagnosed with and treated for before, "We don't buy that. " It's interesting that they don't buy it, but the Cleveland Clinic and Mayo Clinic do. Northshore is just a procedure mill. I received the help I needed elsewhere, and I would have an endoscopy at The Black Hole of Calcutta before I would go back there. By the way, catch up on your research on PPIs before you keep giving them out like candy.

I am extremely pleased with my experience at North Shore Gastroenterology! Gabriella the NP for Dr. Taabba is so personalable and extremely thorough in getting to the bottom of your issues. Today I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy for which I was EXTREMELY nervous. From the start the nurse Zahraa was so friendly and calming. Made me feel so at ease and got my IV done with little effort or pain. Kathleen was also a nurse who helped me before and after and she also was so soothing and reassuring that I would have the best sleep and be up before I know it. Bill who did my anesthesia was great and made me not fear the propofol at all. Kim was Dr. Tabaa's nurse during the procedure and she too was great. And lastly Dr. Tabbaa is wonderful. Excellent bedside manner. Explains everything he is doing and after explains thoroughly what he found. I couldn't be more grateful to have gone through this procedure with this team at North Shore.

Dr. B, Janice, Kathleen, Zahraz, Julie and Kim treated me so kindly. This is the best care I have had at Cleveland Clinic.
The only request I have is provide those wonderful nurses hand warmers.

Dr Harris, Leslie, Steph, Nancy and Zahraa were phenomenal! Nancy did an amazing job of putting in the IV…. Barely felt it and for the 1st time ever, I didn’t bruise…. Thanks! Not a fun procedure but you all made everything as comfortable for me as possible. Thank you!

Made me go through being knocked out for medical procedure, miss 2 days of work only to prescribe me an over the counter medication.

They richened thier pockets through my insurance and numerous bills to my person.
Its like many companies under 1 name, I may still have more bills coming.

Beware, they care more about $$ than patient care.

Dr. Rinjal Brahmbhatt is simply the BEST! She listens, she cares, and she is super smart! The office staff too was great: kind and prompt. No waiting, just medical care. Thanx for taking care of GFM!

The care I received here was amazing. Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I was very impressed neither with the car I received from Zahraa, Janice, Sherry, Kathleen and DR Naem.

Just had a Colonoscopy done there last week. My first. Was not looking forward to it for obvious reasons, waited for four years of my main doc harping me to do it. Finally got around to it at age 54.
So easy and so professional. My doc at North shore was Robert Straub. He was as good as they get. He even thanked me when it was all over. How often does a doctor thank the patient. You can tell he actually cares. I have already recommended this place to four other people.

I can not thank Dr. Naem and his team enough. I was having numerous digestive problems and couldn't figure out the cause, things were getting to the point where there was a very real fear involved. I had been to ER's and left with no answers. Dr. Naem promised me he would find the cause and do his best to get me healthy. He delivered on that promise, and he did it quickly. He and his team were patient and kind every step of the way explaining things and answering my questions. Today was my follow up scope and I am in remission, and extremely grateful. Thank you to you and your entire team.
