7This place is a disgrase, i fell 5 band-aids in the pool yesterday while doing my daily laps in the pool with my grandson and i almost choke on one until my dog jumped in and accidentally saved my life by doing the hemlic maniuer on my back, you are so lucky that my dog saved me or youd be SO freaking sued right now. -100/10, if i could rate this lower id probably do that
The pool itself was fine but the ppl working not so much. A buncha young kids with attitude. I took my teenage sister n my son n my little sister said the girl takin the money looked her up n down. I walked in a few min later an I got the same look. THEN they took my son's bookbag but not me or my sister's. He's 9! And when he went in to get it for me (my cigs were in it) they told him that he couldn't take it but they would give it to me out front n I waited n waited n waited for about 25min. It was almost enough to not go again! I'll be takin him to the Y next time.
My son is there every day he can be there. He is only in Youngstown during the summer months and the Northside Pool is one of the highlights of his summer vacation.
Would be better if they had a heater in the pool to keep it more warm. The water is always cold, even when its hot, its still too cold.
Nice community pool. Gets a bit crowded sometimes and the teenagers can get pretty rowdy but the kids love it.
We love it there love the safety n kindness no one never have an attitude
Have been coming here since I was a child and now I bring my children with me! Experienced lifeguards keep swimmers safe love this place
