We had the best experience of buying a motorcycle ever! My husband loves his new Indian motorcycle! Jack and his crew are the best!

I bought my 570 Ranger with front and back wind shield, doors, wench, brush guard from Northstar last year. It was to be delivered at my home on Piedmont Lake. It took a month to complete it because of "covid " and I understand that. It was delivered in August 2020 with a crack across the windshield. The employee stated it was cracked on installation and it would be reordered and replaced, they would pick up and repair it. He stated they'd call me when it arrived.
After a couple month's I called them they stated it was on back order like a lot of things and they'd call me "covid". Several weeks later I stopped in manager stated it's still on back order I asked him if he was installing windows on new purchases and he avoided an honest answer. Couple weeks later I called and spoke to them they continued it's on back order and would call me back. In April my wench stopped working the very first time in use, I called the salesmen that delivered it he said that he would speak to the manager make date to pick it up and call me back. He never returned the call nor did anyone ever call me back as many times as we spoke.
Last week May 11 2021 I stopped in spoke with the man that delivered it. I asked where we were he stated "I think we have one in the back" he returned stating they did and he would talk with manager and CALL ME BACK. It's a week later and still no call. Not really sure what to do at this point 8 months is patients enough. They have never phoned me back

When I tell you this place EXCEEDED my expectations, that is an UNDERSTATEMENT! I started looked for a slingshot 2 weeks ago NATIONWIDE. I called, called and called but I kept getting the run around. I spoke with Dale and he was an absolute sweetheart. I even drove 10 hours just to pick it up. Dale made my transaction smooth from beginning to end. When it was time to load the slingshot, the OWNER helped to ensure we did not have any issues. I am sooooo happy with my purchase and I will not buy from ANYWHERE ELSE EVER AGAIN! Thank YOU Dale and Jack for making me feel at home from the time I walked into your establishment until the time I pulled off. If I could give you 100 stars, I would. You guys are amazing! If anyone is having second thoughts about buying from them. DON’T! They will make it worth your while!

They were able to get me the sxs I wanted and also have a great show room. Salesman are on point and are NOT pushing any one thing but know sxs life and all that might fit you and your needs personally. It has been a one shop shop for me.

Breathtaking display of motor bikes in their showroom. I was absolutely blown away by every one I took a look at. The showroom its self is beautiful, add the displays and the store is an amazing place to just go into and see almost like a tourist attraction! Customer service was exceptional! I had to order parts for my sons side by side and the staff was able to follow me in the description and details (not many good ones either) that I gave them and ordered the correct parts for me. The items got to the store way way way faster then I ever thought that they would and the pricing was very fair in my opinion.

Great service friendly staff bought 2 bikes from them great experience. Much better do deal with than my local harley dealer

These MEN should be ashamed of themselves. My 77 year old Dad just purchased a previously owned recreational vehicle there. The salesman showed him the features, congratulated him and then walked away. So apparently after they get paid they can't help an old man load his new toy onto a trailer? What happened to customer service? Do you have to buy NEW for that? Not impressed.

Took my bike in and requested a major repair. Turns out i was wrong and the dilgent mechanic diagnosed the problem. Very reasonsble. Highly recommend.
