We just bought a beautiful vehicle from Northeast Auto gallery! We had been looking for a couple of weeks and found that there are a lot of dishonest and rude dealers. From the first phone call I could tell they were good people. They did not try to hide anything. I will definitely buy there again and recommend them to others!

This was the smoothest car buying experience. Harry let us check out the vehicle, test drive and have mechanics check it out. We got a quality vehicle and excellent customer service. He made us feel welcomed and at home while at the establishment. All of the vehicles are kept indoors, which is also very nice. We highly recommend checking out his inventory and purchasing a vehicle from him.

My husband and I came in today to look at a car. The customer service is amazing. Everyone is very friendly straight forward. Answering all of our questions and concerns. Let us test drive the vehicle. And we decided to buy. The process of the purchase was smooth. Paper work was explained and organized. The experience was exceptional. Completely recommend!

Horrible car buying experience. Paperwork was late transferring to Pennsylvania, missing key fob (didn't tell me till the Paperwork was done) had to use an emergency key, the clutch and flywheel went out after 2-1/2 weeks, they forgot to mail me the taxes to transfer the car which I already covered in the loan. And the it's the loan company they recommended. They blamed everything on the loan company for the long delays but I don't believe it. Stay away!

Great customer service, had light refreshments, didn’t take too long and a very clean bathroom. Happy I came here for my purchase.

Update: Vehicle was returned. My financial institution carfax didn’t match the owner of dealership car report (not a carfax). Not saying information was hidden but it was not disclosed. However, the dealership Administration team was awesome and the owner has questionable business ethics.

I don’t believe these folks are out to scam you but there are plenty of dealerships out there who care about customer service. I can tell you these folks don’t.

After my temporary plate from the dealer expired on my 2016 murano I still hadn’t received a title or permanent registration. I emailed and asked because typically I receive plates and title in the mail from every other dealer I’ve worked with.

I asked specifically how to get my plates. They said, “oops, we never sent that to the bank. ” I thought that strange but after a few more days of hearing anything I reached out again. They curtly told me “everything is at the bank. Talk to them. ”

I contacted the bank and they told me they had the title but it was the dealers job to register plates for my vehicle.

Friend, I went back and forth like this for THREE weeks. Never an apology. Never a “so sorry for the mix up. ” never even did the person on the other side of the email even tell me their name! I have no idea who I was working with.

Finally, they told me they fedex my title overnight. But they didn’t send it to me at all but to my Secretary of State (without telling me). Once again I asked them how I was supposed to go about getting my plates. There response? “We don’t do out of state plates you have to take care of that yourself. ”

I’ve never bought a car out of state. And one of the two of us is a professional at selling cars. Instead of 3 weeks of headaches, they could have easily given that information the very first time I asked. But, it seems that customer service is not a priority with them. They may say so but they sure didn’t deliver.

Finally, the car had a check engine light on one day after driving it along with needing new brakes and shocks. I totally understand used cars and I did buy without warranty so I’m not upset about that. It’s just that some of these things are really simple and cheap fixes for the dealer to do upon initial inspection. But they don’t do that here. They may say “it looked good when we sold it. ” But leaking shocks and severely worn brakes don’t happen overnight.

Like I said, I don’t believe they are scamming people. But they don’t take care of their cars or their customers. There are hundreds of other dealers in the area who do. Try one of those instead.

This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Northeast AG over the last three years and couldn’t be happier! Thank you Jen and Eric for your prompt quick responses and fair trade in value on my car. Easy no pressure communication via phone and text and a quick 15 minute closing of paperwork and getting the keys. I’ll be back! Luv the Jeep by the way.prices are very fair in my opinion.
