Ian the manager was very helpful in asking our needs and sending in the direction of what we were looking for! When we had made a selection we asked him to join us and answer all our questions. Great overall experience with purchasing kitchen cabinetry here. Jayson was super helpful and knowledge in both inventory options and laying out designs. Everything arrived within timeframe provided and any damaged items from delivery were replaced quickly. My only regret is not using Northeast Factory Direct to do countertops as well, as I’m still waiting for those to arrive despite everything else being complete. I would recommend to anyone looking to do a kitchen remodel.

Went to Levin Furniture since we had purchased from them before, however, they could not beat the incredible deal we got from Northeast Factory Direct. We got a better mattress and what we really wanted.an adjustable frame for less than the mattress elsewhere. Can't wait. Now it pushes us to paint the bedroom and get things ready. Thank you to Ian, who was great at directing us to what will be our best purchase for 2021.

Called and wanted a quote for cabinets, countertop and floors. The lady said she had to consult with her boss and get back with me. That was 3 weeks ago. I've since ordered my cabinets from another place and waiting for them to arrive. No follow-up or communication.

Everyone was super awesome. Adam helped me find the perfect furniture set and get the right side chaise based on my measurements! Furniture was half the price of Ashley home's Furniture. It was a pleasure shopping here.

Went there looking for a bedroom set for myself having a certain style in mind. Individual that initially helped was disinterested, not helpful and made another person show me a bedroom set I had no interest in. Walked out and will never go back there.

Took a huge chance and ordered a large sectional online. Never saw it in person. They gave me a time frame it would be delivered and i emailed them when it came time and Tommy emailed me back within the day and told me they were just waiting on a one piece. Very happy with my purchase.

Fast forward a couple months later, one cushion was breaking down very fast and I emailed Tommy and told him about it and he ordered a new cushion free of charge. When it arrived at the store instead of my house (it was supposed to go to my house) he dropped it off himself after 8pm! Amazing customer service and I highly recommend them.

Over priced for rubbish! Why?
Because I found the EXACT same piece of Ashley furniture that I have falling apart in my living room with EXACT price I paid for from another furniture store.
ALL of the pieces are over sized over priced out dated from the moment you walk in the door.
However I did find two wing back chairs, after immediately noticing these were NOT NEW however USED and RETURNED with mismatched wood legs. When I asked a sales associate one said 900$ for the pair and another said 800$ for one! When I asked if they can do better on the price for two USED pieces because I refuse to pay for NEW PRICING FOR USED FURNITURE his response was I wouldn't pay a dime for this either and if you don't pay for this SOMEONE ELSE WILL!
If these pieces were not for sale then why have them on the showroom floor.
Not one, not two but three sales associates all stated they were used pieces returned by the purchaser and ready for sale.
Come on Northeast Factory Direct, your signs all over tell them Alex sent you is a joke.
Your prices are EXACTLY the same at other furniture stores you have no deals for your over sized, over stuffed, over priced garbage furniture.
As for selling the "it made in USA" give it a break how about educating your sales people on the manufacturing process instead!
Give the consumer quality furniture if you are expecting them to pay top dollar.
You are not even one star worthy.

Great place to scope out any kind of furniture that you need. No sales person hanging on your but they are there if you need them. The staff is personable and professional. They never try and BS you, just straight talk.

I bought 2 bathroom cabinets 2 years ago. I needed another cabinet to match. The girl helping me told me it was unavailable right now, but she would check and call me in 2 days if she could find one. Its been 2 weeks and have not heard from her. She won't even return phone calls. In the mean time I found the same cabinets sold at Menards for half the price I paid for my first two. Which tells me the commercials are B. S on tv.
Poor customer service and high prices.

They had exactly what I wanted. I asked a salesman when I found what I wanted he checked me out. I wasn't in the store more then 20 minutes from start to finish. It was 400 dollars less than what I saw at Value City furniture.

Look at all these fake five star reviews. Look at other sources.
If you're used to good service and want to experience horrible service.
You've come to the right place.
If you want furniture made in Vietnam and cabinets made in China.
You've come to the right place.
I don't know why I bother warning you, actually I want you so buy from them, I want you to experience the suffering I've endured from dealing with this pathetic company.

Was there to look for a loveseat and recliner. The staff was very friendly and helpful and helped us find the right pieces we needed. We would highly recommend them to anyone, fair prices and great staff

Jason was in a hurry to make a cabinet sale, he grew impatient when we wanted to make a change and was not helpful with the design, we brought our own ideas. He was going to charge us for the design if we didn’t order from them, so it wasn’t a free cad design as advertised. He made promises he didn’t keep. Said we should “Trust the Process” when cabinets came in with damage. The only thing they will do to correct the situation is replace door fronts. Every piece came in with some damage and they were unwilling to fix anything if they couldn’t replace it from the manufacturer. Even though they promised to correct everything. Customer service is nonexistent. They never called us back until they realized we weren’t paying them and even then they didn’t work with us on making things right. After an entire year we were tired of the hamster wheel and decided to make payments and move on.
I would never recommend them! You definitely get what you pay for!

Everyone was polite, professional and helpful. They took time to answer all of our questions and explained to our satisfaction. We got what we were looking for. And, the experience was pleasant. We are glad that we chose Northeast Factory Direct. We will refer them to our family and friends.

Megan was awesome to work with. Placed my order over the phone after confirming dimensions in our basement. Excited to add this comfy sectional couch to our newly finished basement. And the best part is that the couch is in stock! I placed the ottoman on order since that piece was not in stock but I have no problem waiting til spring for that piece as long as we can enjoy the couch when it gets delivered in a couple of weeks! So happy!

Our experience with Northeast Factory Direct was outstanding! We worked with their kitchen designer, Jayson Skudrin, who walked us through all the decisions needed to have a great floor plan, desired finishes, and great results. We have cabinet features we didn't think we could afford, but fit within our budget.

Dan Shaffer, NE Factory's installer, installed our cabinets in 2.5 days, communicating with us throughout the process. His expertise provided us with a beautiful highly functional end product.

We love our kitchen and recommend Northeast Factory Direct to anyone considering remodeling their kitchen. We previously remodeled 2 kitchens and feel their process is so worth it.
