Although the Dr.is good at what he does, I had a few problems before and after surgery with other things. 1.) When I was told the cost of the procedure, I was not informed of ALL the cost, so what they had told me ended up costing twice as much than what I was told. Maybe I should have asked more questions, but I think everything should have been gone over with me before the surgery. 2.) After I did take care of the additional cost that I was not expecting, they continued to bill me. Just yesterday I received a Past Due bill. The bill had been paid over 2 months ago! 3.) It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone to talk about my "Past Due" account, which is not passed due at all. I would say the communication is very poor at the establishment.

While the doctors are very good, everything else is a mess. Appointments were canceled without our knowledge, office wait times are extensive, and scheduling an appointment is an ordeal. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I'd give them one star, but the doctors are good.

Bad experience here. Staff did not follow up. Doctor recommended surgeries that a second opinion said I didn't need. I told the assistant I had sensitivities to the eye drops they recommended. Doc said don't worry you won't. I bought over $100 in eye drops that made my eyes itch. My chart said I had alternate eye dops, but they never called to tell me to get them. I asked them in writing to send my records to the next Doc, and they didn't. I asked for a refund for the money they charged for my surgery, and it hasn't come. So I called the credit card company to try and get it back. Go to the Cleveland Clinic and save yourself some grief.

Awesome staff, friendly and welcoming. It's difficult to find doctors that make you feel welcome these days so I think these guys are keepers!

I was there on the 14th of August as I was told over the phone. They refused to see me and now I have to wait until November.

Dr Davis and her staff were very friendly, did a thorough exam, and explained the recommended procedures clearly. I left feeling I was in very capable hands.

I drive a friend to her appointments here. It doesn't matter if she scheduled the app at last visit, or it's an emergency. They are ALWAYS running behind by atleast 30min. They WAY overbook themselves, by scheduling apps every 15min. They don't have enough staff to schedule that way. Ppl will get mad & leave! Just schedule appropriately, that way ppl will b Happy.

Very professional, friendly staff and Dr Davis was very thorough in her exam of eyes and took care of my infection in a timely manner.

I have been a NEOES patient for many years with Dr. Jones and have been extremely satisfied with him and with the office staff. I would not select another ophthalmologist; however, I am being forced to, and I likely will move my future eye appointments to the Cleveland Clinic. I only want a medical doctor doing my exams and I understand all the MD's in the practice henceforth are doing only surgery. I would like to think this is not a matter of economics.

Outstanding eye physicians and surgeons who diagnose problems and give clear explanations of any problems and/or procedures. Physicians and staff maintain contact by phone, e-mail and texts. Excellent service by office staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Beiling for many years and been very happy with the service/treatment I received. After her recent retirement I had my first appointment with Dr. Timothy Earley and was equally impressed with him. As I am in my 70's I especially dread having to find a new doctor!

Visit takes extremely long occasionally. Billing has improved but could be easier to see details of what I'm paying for.

I have always had a great experience at Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons. The staff does a nice job in scheduling and doing the various tests. Along with my regular checkups, I had cataract surgery and that went well. I especially like D. Chi.

I was told I had slow growing cataracts, then saw a different doctor, same office, and right away he recommended surgery. It was a yearly visit. Said I wouldn't have night glare and I said, I don't have night glare. He said things would be brighter, and things were somewhat whiter after surgery. I decided to let the laser do the cutting. Lots of money later, my eyesight is worse then before the surgery. I can not read or look at the laptop or phone for very long. My eyes start to see double and they hurt. I was told I have dry eyes and to use drops. Doesn't seem to make a difference but I keep using them. I was told that I needed laser surgery to clean up scar tissue and that would help. Got that done in both eyes a month ago and it is not any better. I ended up with 20/40 in one eye and was told and I quote "that is good enough" for driving. Bottom line I paid to get "good enough". With what improvement in brightness I have now, I am sure I could have waited many more years to have surgery and kept my better vision. Wished I NEVER NEVER had cataract surgery.

I had cataract surgery a few years ago. Definitely NOT painless. Neither the anesthetist nor surgeon seemed the least bit interested in my comfort or my well-being. They were very impersonal (and I’ve had a LOT of surgeries for comparison). I’ve recommended several friends to go elsewhere for their eye surgeries. On the other hand, the ophthalmologist I saw in the Fairlawn/Montrose office a couple years later did catch my torn & detached retina and got me into a different eye surgeon that day. Now, THAT surgery was indeed painless and I did feel like the entire staff were interested in my wellbeing. Different doctors, different place…amazing what a little care makes.
