This was the most amazing experience of the home buying process. He was very attentive informative and kind. Alex answered all my questions and concerns and even ones I couldn’t think of. Overall, highly recommended and will use him in the future!

Alexander inspected an almost 100 year old home with a hot water boiler system for me and was very thorough and explained everything to me in an understandable way. He also gave me a good idea of what to prioritize with future repairs and maintenance. He even let me snap some pics of the screen of his thermal camera so that I could know where the pipes ran in the walls so that I could avoid them during any future mini split A/C installation. After the inspection he very promptly emailed me the link to the report which included photos and a ranking of the issues in terms of seriousness. He also let me know he comes back for free one time if you need him after some contractor work or something. Very professional and helpful, would highly recommend! Thanks Alexander!

$25,000 worth of damage missed. Black mold and mushrooms growing in bathroom. Had to fix structural issues and totally gut my only bathroom. Roof had to have been leaking for over ten years. Home was a flipped house. Missed the mark big time here.
