Northern Row Brewery & Distillery, Cincinnati OH

Great atmosphere, bartenders are very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly (with the exception of one, but we made sure to get someone else's attention). Will definitely return for some food! This trip was a quick stop for a couple beers

We had friendly service and very tasty food. Also the gins we tried were just different enough to stand out from the ordinary. The building is beautiful making it a comfortable place to enjoy.

Fantastic brewery that we discovered when booking the underground caverns tour. We enjoyed some beverages and some food after the tour and this place was just amazing. I highly recommend checking this place out when in the OTR area, it's definitely worth the stop.

Fantastic bar attendants and wonderful atmosphere. Very friendly with great customer service. Beer was very good. Gin flights!
UPDATE: All of the gin was amazing, but my favorite was the barrel aged gin that they were not selling in the bottle yet. So I ended up taking a bottle of the Cincy with me. Amazing and complex! Thanks for the good time!

I recently attended a tour (Hidden Caverns Tour) at Northern Row with Miranda. I can’t emphasize enough how incredible of a tour guide she was. She is personable, passionate and hilarious. If you go on a tour with his company you must request her! I have never learned so much history about Cincinnati yet also had an immense amount of fun! Great experience all around, highly recommend!

Great place to check out. We did an undergroung beer tour - HIGHLY RECOMMEND our guide Laura was super friendly and so knowledgeable! So neat to learn all the history in the area. The brewery food is also amazing! Beer and other cocktails also wonderful! Go check this place out you won't regret it!

Jasmine was amazing! She was so vibrant, full of the history of the building. Made a good time great! Thank you, Jasmine. Oh, and the beer and bread posing were good as well.

We started here for a tour and stayed after to grab a drink and a bite. We were immediately welcomed at the bar by Allie and she guided us through the distillery and beer menu because we just weren’t sure what we wanted. She set us up with a spirits flight first and holy moly - it was soooooo good and such a treat! I don’t know why you don’t see this more places! She took the time to tell us about their amazing Gin and even hooked us up with some pairing. She recommended some tasty bites and then we tried a beer flight. Awesome time, awesome spot filled with history and an amazing team working the bar. Thanks for a great night!

My husband surprised me with a tour.
It was SUCH a fun experience. Miranda was our tour guide and was unbelievably knowledgeable, kind, interactive, funny, and just all around made the experience! The caverns are very interesting to walk through. Miranda kept us engaged the whole time which made everything more interesting. We both had a beer when we got back from the tour at the bar. The atmosphere is awesome and the beer was delicious! The bar tender also provided great service. Highly recommend!

Harrison was such a fantastic guide for our tour. He was able to navigate us to the building when I got lost, he was very knowledgeable about the history of the breweries, and he kept us engaged throughout the entire tour! #NoChildLeftBehind! #ForTheKids!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience here at Northern Row! My family and I went on the Underground Tour, and we had the best time! Miranda was our tour guide and holy cow give this woman a raise because she was AMAZING. So kind, informative, funny, and engaging. She even remembered everybody’s name and really made the experience feel welcoming and personal. Definitely sign up for the tour and see her, you’re not going to regret it. The Heckler IPA is incredible, the historicity is amazing, and the ghost pictures she has on her phone are jaw dropping. All in all a wonderful experience, and we will definitely come back when we’re in town!

My wife and I had a great time learning about historical Cincinnati and the breweries. Our tour guide, Harrison Lehn, was extremely knowledgeable, very considerate and made it a fun experience. Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful location and wonderful atmosphere. The tour is excellent and well worth the experience, Miranda was an awesome guide.

We took the Underground Tour with Miranda. It was well worth the time. It's evident Miranda spends a lot of time learning about every aspect of the tour and she knows a lot of facts. Even better, she's able to put them in context and tell interesting stories that amuse and educate.

After the tour I had a beer at the bar - it was delicious.

I'd choose them over Rhinegeist any day. We did not have time to try the spirits, but their beers and the ricotta appetizer were excellent. Chef was a delight to chat with.

Good beer, great atmosphere. The manager even gave my DD a free virgin Bloody Mary. Good people all around.

2nd Lager fest with friends but first time I've had the food. Had a delicious salad and baba ganouch. Friends had pretzels, and Ruben, all had good things to say. I enjoy their beer but moving forward I'll keep this in mind as a place for drinks and dinner. The atmosphere is awesome, be sure to ask about the reclaimed wood shutters and the rest of the historical and beautiful decor. Wish I'd taken photos. A real gem in North OTR.
