3This has ABSOLUTELY the worst management I've ever encountered. Pat, is beyond disrespectful and I am not sure how she is even employed with a mostly older generation of tenants. She violates all of the leasing terms. She enters apartments without notice and then lies about it after leaving voicemails confirming she did. She will not give out any information on who to contact above her about it either. You have to dig deep on the web to find it:) She has ZERO SYMPATHY for anyone and only thinks of herself, just plain rude. HORRIBLE PERSON ALL THE WAY AROUND!
I have people I know that live and that have lived in this apartment complex. Pat the manager is extremely rude. I have friends that will not go to these appartment again.
My mother just moved in about 3 months ago and some things were told to her before moving in and they were not so true but it seems to be secure i also thought it was just seniors in there
