Northlake Village, Lima OH

Another review for this awesome place. Steph is always there with any questions, and she has helped solve/answer any problems/question I have had within NO TIME. An apartment complex is only as good as its employees, and here at Northlake, they're great.

Northlake Village has been a peaceful and wonderful place to live. The staff is very kind and helpful. Stephanie does a great job communicating answering questions. The complex stays well maintained and has a nice pond, basketball court, playground and pool that stays fairly clean. Overall it has been a wonderful experience living here.

It’s awesome there definitely the best place I’ve lived for 4 years almost always doing maintenance on the land your home if u need and it’s quick excellent staff especially the office staff there always there for u and again quick but wonderful place u should definitely live here

I have lived here for over three years. If you are looking for a very nice place to live in the Lima area, you cannot go wrong here. Well-appointed and maintained apartments. Spacious grounds surrounded by woods, large pond with willow trees. Quiet. Responsive, helpful and competent staff. Everything for comfortable and pleasant living.

Timely maintenance and always nice, landlord Steph is amazing, always helpful, and very communicative would definitely recommend.

Recently moved in and got to say for being me and my friends first apartment they made the process really easy and simple and they are always there to help if we needed.very happy with this community couldn’t recommend it enough.

The community is very nice and quiet. It is kept very well and Stephanie the manager is always nice and helpful! The new renovations to the pool are fantastic! The laundry facilities are always clean and working properly! The service team is always on hand and happy to help! Couldn’t find a nicer group of people! Happy to live here!

This place is great. I've been here for about a month now, and it's beautiful, quiet, and everybody is friendly. Work orders go over smoothly, efficiently, and completed with haste. And the property manager Steph, as gorgeous as she is a pleasure to talk to. Recommended

Me and my brother lived here for a year and truly enjoyed it. The apartment was nice, the grounds were gorgeous, and the staff was phenomenal

Amazing place to live. Maintenance is always able to fix our problems we have had quickly. Our landlord is always able to help us with our issues and keep us updated on the services that they provide to us.

This place is great I love going up to the pool and out to the pond with my doggies the manger is great and keeps the place in order how it should be
