Terrific ownership here at Northpark Place. Very friendly and helpful staff, with a hardworking and timely maintenance crew. They are the absolute best.

Champion, which has recently taken over Northpark Place from Ardent, has been doing great improvements to the property, can’t go wrong. You need to come and see this property. Clubhouse renovation going on and a lot of homes being upgraded, you may be lucky and get into a new renovated apartment.

I’ve been looking at a million apartments it seems. Most of the property managers could care less. I was so fortunate to have Tim help me look for a place. He was so professional and courteous; he happily answered all my questions. I think I’m going to end up here and it’s because of Tim!

Ever since Champion took over North park you can tell the difference. The staff are really friendly! Their communication is amazing! And I appreciate their giving spirit. Always hosting games, can drives and much more. I feel as a tenant that I am appreciated.

The only problem with this apartment from day one is the problem of not allowing other internet service providers apart from AT&T (Worst service). Even after complaining with the old and new management to remove the monopoly of having only AT&T internet service provider, there is no action taken. Also AT&T service sucks big time as service drops off in middle of meetings and complaining to them about this is a waste of time. The Apartment management is also not ready to open to other service providers and not sure why it is like that as this is the first place where i am seeing a monopoly setup like this (not sure if AT&T pays any commissions to management for this monopoly setup). I really hope this changes in future.

We have lived here for 8+ years. The current management team, Champion, has been the best. Within the first month, they made our complex look and feel like a community. They cleaned up the landscaping, added a recycling program (that picks up weekly at your door!), and a little free library. The staff are helpful and so nice! If you're looking for a well maintained rental community in Polaris with fair rental rates, pet friendly, two pools, close parking, and easy to access, look no further.

Contacted the complex to inquire about a town home. Alicia was very friendly when answering and was able to answer all my questions and is very knowledgeable. This place is now at the top of my list when I'm ready to move.

I love the new management! All very kind and friendly. When I put in a maintenance request for a certain day and time they show up around that and get things done quickly. I love this neighborhood especially being new to Columbus.

This is in regards to the new ownership Champion Property management I have been a tenant here for the past 16 months and had hoped with the change of ownership that things would be better. Unfortunately I have found myself in a worse situation. The complex is trying to charge me a 75$ fee because I had not paid my utilities by the 5th of the month. My utility company is a completely separate entity and I had already paid late fees to them. But the apartment complex is also charging me a fee for not paying the ultility company on time. Police are here multiple times a month. They also cancelled my renters insurance and now it’s double what it was. I’m unaware how they even know that I paid my water bill late. The crazy part is. My utilities were never even shut off. Just a couple of days late. Heads up for anybody that moves here. They will try and drain your pockets by any means necessary. Very unfortunate situation I’ve put myself in

Don't rent from lou he is a total slumlord. He's owed us 495 dollars for 3 months now and has refused to answer any email, text or phone call. They will also try to male you pay for things that you never even did so beware

Unattended children everywhere. They refuse to enforce parking and are dismissive of complaints. Forget about parking anywhere near your building in the evening. They charge luxury prices for a basic apartment. The pet damage is extraordinary and unfixed when I moved in. Ghetto

I’ve lived here for a couple months now and it’s been okay other than neighbors not taking there trash out and people not knowing how to park! But i will say they do work on apartments way to early into the morning at around 8 o’clock when it would be more convenient if it was later in the afternoon.i have a baby in my household so it’s very inconvenient when all you hear is pounding at 8 in the morning.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Lou and Vince SUCK they do not care about their residents! They will never answer your calls. They never answer any form of communication as a matter of fact. They attempt to charge you for things like fixing a clogged drain or tub! By far the worst property management I have EVER witnessed in my 30 years of life! Please be aware of renting from Vince or Lou save yourself time and money by moving someplace else. You have been warned!

You would think for the amount of rent you pay here they would at least fix all the potholes throughout the apartment complex …. It suck’s driving to work everyday and you gotta be extra cautious where your wheels are going on the roads they won’t fix on there property

Very clean and quiet. The roads are a little nervewracking though when you go around because you can't see other cars very well.

My husband and I just moved in here and so far it has been great! A very peaceful, albeit busy, five days. Symarra helped us get a tour of an open apartment when we first stopped by to see what the available spaces looked like, and she was so kind and helpful. Thank you for everything you do, Symarra! Northpark Place is 100% blessed to have you:)
