Last time we went here for tires they didnt tighten the lugnuts. Made the mistake of thinking it was a one time mistake and came back for 2 new tires. Remembering the last time i decided to check the lugnuts. The second one i tried i was able to move with my finger (if its not perfectly to spec thats one thing but there is no way i should be able to unscrew it with my hand) after that i went back inside and told the person on the counter who went out with the torque wrench and checked them all then said it was only the one lugnut and all the others were to spec. Who knows if that was true. Didnt get an apology and i doubt the people who did the job will even be told about their mistake. Not like a whole familys life is on the line or anything. I worked at walmart and every tire had to be checked with a torque wrench to spec by 2 different people and you signed your name in case anything bad happens. They had way more staff so this is not acceptable

Told them wanted struts installed and had the $ to pay for. They told me doesnt need only sway bar links. Honest, saved me hundreds! Good people

They do everything they can to help their customers and I have not been disappointed at all.

I recently had my 2017 nissan rogue for engine diagnostic and repair. The service guys were very pleasant to work with, fairly priced and was fixed in a reasonable time. I definitely recommend Northridge Automotive. And I will be bringing all my vehicles to them for all future repairs and service.

My first time there has left me with mixed emotions. Dropped the car off on a Friday morning. My fuel tank floater was not giving me an accurate reading aside from that the car was solid and ran like a top. Around noon it was done and I picked it up. My car started right up and I drove the vehicle to the store and home with my gauge nolonger bouncing around. Come Saturday morning I went to my car an got in to drive it. Suddenly it wouldn't start. I checked for headlights, dash board and radio.all were working. So that ruled out the battery. It took till Monday morning to reach them and the man on the phone wouldn't hear me out. Kept saying it was my starter or alternator? !
They shouldn't of been by those if it was my floater arm? And why did it immediately start Friday? All I heard was more money, different parts and labor like coins falling into a jar. They towed it just now.let's see how much more I'll have to pay this time.

It was my first time going to this place and it was a very good experience. I came in with the proverbial "grinding noise". They figured out my problem and fixed it quickly that same day. A wheel bearing needed replaced. There were no surprises or extraneous suggestions on my 100,000 miles + car. Thank you!

Diagnosed my car completely wrong. Curb checked my car in the snow and my control arm was bent to hell.they said I needed 2 struts, 2 away bar links, hub bearing, and possibly a new rim with a total of $1900 in reality I simply needed a hub, 1 sway bar link, and a control arm.wasted weeks of time and effort to notice I didn’t even need struts or a sway bar link let alone their labor was almost $700 I will not be returning
