12The office was very prompt and was able to schedule a same day appt for a telehealth visit. Dr knapke was knowledgeable, caring, empathetic and provided great insights. Highly recommend him.
My wife and I both recently had an initial visit with Dr. Knapke. We were both very impressed, and will be seeing him as our Primary Care doctor.
He spent a great deal of time getting to know us and understanding any questions or concerns that we had. He is accessible, responsive, and very easy to talk to. We were both very impressed with his calm, thorough, and knowledgeable approach. We feel he takes whatever time is necessary to make sure that we (70-year-olds) are receiving the best care.
I am pleased to leave this review, and we look forward to a long relationship with Dr. Knapke.

Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly, from check in to check out. Marla was my nurse and, other than sticking me with needles, was super pleasant and attentive. Dr Knapke is a cool dude. You can tell he is honest and thorough. I look forward to continuing my care with this office.

Matthew Knapke, MD is the best general practice doctor I've ever had. He is one of the good guys.
From beginning to end, my experience was really great. Office was clean, staff was friendly & yet professional and the doctor is absolutely incredible. He listened, he showed compassion & concern. His head was not in the computer while he spoke with me, he actually made eye contact. He made me actually feel as though I mattered. I haven't been with a primary doctor in a while. Over all I am highly impressed.

The entire experience with the doctor was very good. He checked the boil on the left foot thumb and gave some very simple recommendations. The nurse gave the tetanus shot so well that I did not feel anything.
Overall the experience was good.
