When I requested a follow up call (twice) due to bleeding from a routine colonoscopy, their lack of response put me in the emergency room and later admitted for the michigan championship game where I eventually lost 4 units of blood.

I have been to this practice several times and the staff and care delivered are always great! Thank you.

Great place to get your procedures done. They are very professional, and compassionate to your needs, they will guide you through all procedures.

My procedure that I had went well. The nurses and doctor were very polite. However, their front desk and office nurse communication is not very good if you need to speak to your nurse and they’re not available the receptionist will just transfer the call no matter the time of day you call and you’ll constantly get the voicemail without a call back. I was told 2 business days before my procedure that I would be charged a 1000 dollar outpatient fee which was very last minute and late notice to me and inconsiderate. I’ve always struggled with having stomach issues but after my test results returned they left me a voicemail saying they didn’t find anything. When I called back no one answered I left a voicemail to ask a question left my name and info.and nobody got back to me.

I love the doctors but I'm sorry to say it was not a good experience. After a colonoscopy, I ended up in the hospital for 6 days with a bleed. While I was having another colonoscopy, along with an EGD to find the bleed, the GI from another group told my family he hadn't seen anyone lose that much blood in over 10 years.

I was very nervous about having the procedure done but the nurse made it more comfortable by explaining what was going to happen and made me feel more comfortable.

NWO Endoscopy were wonderful: professional, knowledgeable and positive. Very nice environment-clean and bright. Dr. Corman explained my procedure in easy terms. His staff were efficient and kind with very wry senses of humor-much needed for a colonoscopy! Many thanks to all of them!

Had a 730 appointment for a standard scope. Prompt very friendly staff was laughing and joking all the way back and out the door overall for the type of procedure it was a great experience get to go back in three years.

People were friendly and professional at the same time gave me all the information that I needed before and after.

Had a procedure here recently I highly recommend their services. Communication was excellent from the day appointment was made to before and after procedure was completed. Received a courtesy wellness call the following day and prompt follow up call a week later with lab results, and statement that all recrods would be forwarded to my primary care Dr.
I received sincere caring highly professional treatment above and beyond the norm.
Wish more businesses operated with similar acumen.
