I’m sure I’m not different than others when it comes to fear of getting teeth pulled. Everyone here was so kind and reassuring. They talked me through every step of the way. It was a Nice experience all things considered. I would definitely recommend choosing this business for any of your oral surgery needs.to be honest, I am experiencing less pain than I anticipated.truly thankful for that!

One of those cases where you want to give zero stars but can't. Unless you're rich, don't seek Northwest's services because they will mess up your prestimate, submit your claim wrong and then gaslight you into thinking it's somehow your fault. The entire financial department is incompetent in their job, and I'm honestly quite surprised they haven't been fired/sued yet. I should have checked the lowest rating reviews. Maybe that way I would not be tricked by Northwest's greedy little hands like many others before me. At no point did Northwest communicate to us that they don't know how to submit claims correctly, and I bet the manager will reply to my review saying "We OnLy SuBmIt cLaImS As a CouRtESy. " My advice is you can find another dentist who does similar services without going through the headache of dealing with Northwest's billing dept.

Oh and by the way, their dentists are just average. Nothing special to see there. And if you're here because you too were tricked by them, I feel for you. Good luck dealing with their snippy little billing managers.

I am petrified of any dental work and this was the very best experience I have ever had. My appointment was 9am and the assistant came to get at 9. Took me to the OR and started the prep work for my extraction and implant. Pertinent questions were asked regarding my pre meds and ask about my surgery. The pick line was put in for sedation and monitors on both wrists. Dr Cook asked about a pacemaker because he viewed some different heart beats which was not a problem. The last I heard was apply topical and that was it. I woke up 30 minutes later and it was done! Met my wife in the recovery room and Dr Cook and his staff covered all that was done and post op care with scrips complete. Next day no pain or swelling and I feel great. I can say enough about the care, promptness, courteous, and professionalism of Dr Cook and his complete staff. In fact just got a call from his office checking on me. What a great experience and thank you Dr Cook!

I had a lot of anxiety about being put under general anesthesia and getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. The receptionist, Dr. Burton, the two amazing surgical assistants, and the recovery team were all very caring and compassionate. They made my experience as easy and painless as possible, and I am very grateful! I would recommend this office to anyone in need of an oral procedure!

Dr. Henry and his assistant Mickey were wonderful. I had to bring my elderly mother in for an extraction and they were kind and gentle to her. I would happily refer anyone to this practice for great care.

My wife has been trying to get major surgery done with this office for over 2 years. The staff is Rude and condescending, The financial lady (Bree Butler) Has been so hilariously incompetent I'm surprised the office makes any money at all. When asked for a pre-estimate for our insurance and she smirked and said "SHE HAD NEVER GOTTEN A REQUEST FOR A PRE-ESTIMATE EVER" and our request was abnormal/an inconvenience. Just by reading the reviews here several people have mentioned asking for pre-estimates.anyway. AFTER she finally sent in paper work to our insurance, IT WAS THE WRONG PAPER WORK.she told insurance that the surgery had already been completed.when insurance found out it was not accurate, they voided the coverage for the procedure.

I also sat in on a consultation with my wife in a very messy and unprofessional examination room. Dr. Henry has a very demeaning bedside manner and little respect for his clients.he told my wife to her face that the surgery she was getting for functional reasons, would have an added bonus of making her more attractive.and then looked at me like he was doing me a favor. I will say again. How does this office make money?

After writing the above review, my wife was contacted and told that future service with them has been cancelled. It was a mutual feeling.

This review is coming from someone who did not sleep a wink the night before the procedure:). I cannot tell you enough good things about my experience at Northwest Oral & Facial Surgery with Dr. Kennedy. I was on edge about my wisdom teeth extraction but Dr. Kennedy & the team took terrific care of me. I'm a self-proclaimed pain weenie and I truly mean it when I say that the recovery has been a breeze. I don't remember a thing from my procedure but I know that I was in and out quickly. I also appreciate the staff contacting me to follow-up on how I was doing. Thank you so much and if you are reading this looking for a place to do your wisdom teeth surgery, this is the place you are looking for.

Dr. Kennedy & his crew were hands down the best! Katie was exceptional with getting me ready for the procedure. She was very descriptive with after care details and what my recovery would look like. Dr. K entered the room and within seconds put things into play to continue my prep for procedure. When procedure time came Dr. K was back, like a boss and got right to work - leaving me no time to even process the anxiety I was sure I was going to have! Super pleased with how he handles the responsibilities he carries - thankful for him and his crew! My absolute hope is I never have to see them again but, if I do I’d be ok with it! Dr. Henry was extremely gentle, kind, and made sure I was comfortable for the whole procedure. Everyone in the practice that I dealt with was terrific and I strongly recommend this practice.

First, this review is only for the billing/administrative staff. The staff on the clinical end as well as Dr. Henry took care of my son; however, a patient's experience and satisfaction with a practice does not end with this. The billing staff and the practice manager (whom I didn't get to speak with after leaving a voicemail) failed on the patient satisfaction/experience end of things. They did not send my son's treatment in for a pre-estimate as requested. This resulted in six month's later receiving a bill for over $1000 dollars. The resolution on their end was an apology and an unimpressive 10% discount if paid in full after several back and forth with a middleman and the practice manager. In a competitive oral surgery market, I am surprised at how unwilling they were to come to a more reasonable resolution. For this reason, I will not recommend this practice to any family or friends.

I was anxious about having the tooth extraction but for no reason. Dr. Henry and his team are terrific. I experienced minimal discomfort. They were thorough and caring. In felt like I was the only patient they had.

Multiple locations making easy to chose close to work or home. Explained everything. Everyone I talked to at both locations was very nice.
