Everyone there made having a tooth extraction almost pleasant! I was greeted by Samantha, who.was so friendly put me at ease right away. Kebe, the assistant, also continued to put me at ease and made me laugh. During the extraction, her calming voice kept me at ease. Dr. Kennedy made sure I was feeling no pain and had the tooth out before I even realized it. This is definitely the place to go for a tooth extraction!

From scheduling to filling out paperwork (online!) to having the procedure, it was very pain free! Everyone was polite and easy to talk to. Absolutely a great experience!

I came to this practice for an emergency with a lot of pain. They got me in quickly despite being booked out, and were incredibly sensitive to the pain. They explained the procedure and payment thoroughly. The staff was kind and competent. Highly recommended (and hope I don’t have to return in a similar situation anytime soon)!

The surgeon and his team were professional and very thoughtful and kind in the process. They put the patient first all through the procedure. The place to go and have oral dentistry done. I really felt comfortable with Dr. Burton and the two women who assisted him.

I had to get all of my wisdom teeth out and they did an amazing job. I'm now several days post removal, and I have had very minimal pain.
The staff was wonderfully friendly and personable. The facility was very clean and welcoming.
The only critique I can offer is that I wish they had communicated to me more during the prepping. However, this in no way marred my experience.

Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Dr Kennedy was quick and efficient with the tooth extraction which is great when you’re more than a bit anxious about the procedure.

My visit was a simple one: apply a little discipline to a wayward tooth! From arrival to start of the therapy session the process was painless. Upon the therapist arrival there were two or three points to be made to set the stage for the session. They weren't the most pleasant of points, but ultimately necessary if success was too be achieved! As the session started the therapist was smooth, defining and laying down the parameters of how the session would go and what was expected of the wayward tooth. By the end, the tooth had succumbed, was wayward no more and, in fact, would never be a problem again. I offer my most humble and thankful gratitude to the therapist and team!

I was very pleased with my experience at this dental office. The staff was very friendly, and efficient in terms of getting me through the paperwork and payment soon after I arrived. I was shown to the room where the extraction would take place. The team got me settled in the chair, and briefed me about what would happen. Dr. Henry arrived, and things got underway quickly. The numbing process was easy, and the actual extraction was not too painful, with just a few moments where things felt sharp in my mouth. It was soon over, and there was no pain once their work was completed. Follow up instructions were clear and very soon, I was on my way. All in all, I was very satisfied with this visit.

I had my wisdom tooth extractions done by Dr. Burton. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Burton to anyone looking for experienced and gentle oral surgeons in Columbus.

From check in to check out everybody was very courteous and caring. I was nauseous from pre surgical antibiotics and the minute I mentioned it I was given something and then given the time for it to work before surgery. My whole experience was awesome, especially for someone who is terrified of going to the dentist.

I am not normally a fan of dental work, so I felt it is important to review this amazing practice. Friendly, professional, caring, quick and efficient. Love the texted information to keep you up to date and have easily accessible after surgery. And bonus, my IV was the easiest, best one I have ever had in my life. No pain. Quick and simple. I can’t say enough about the staff and Dr. Kennedy. Clean, bright, open offices. Totally worth the half hour drive to New Albany.
