I was in a bind for tires.this remarkable company was both professional, and reasonable.my appointment was 7: 00 AM, owner texted me a map.arrived at 6: 00, gate open, and worker greeted me at gate. ONE HOUR EARLY! They earned all my future business

The owner is extremely friendly! I called in for a quote and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I told him what my budget was and he made sure to keep it as close to that as possible without compromising quality. Quick turn around time, fair prices, and no bs up-selling of unnecessary extras like other places do. I got all 4 tires replaced and the drive home was smooth. I'm glad I found someone in town I trust.

Blew a tire on the expressway on a travel trailer. Northwest tire service got us right in and set up with 4 new tires in about 45 minutes. Great, friendly service, got us out of a real bad situation. Highly recommend them!

Place went beyond expectations to accept an appointment an hour before closing to remove and replace 8 tires and rims. I asked for a flyer of tire sales and they didn't have one, sorry, I may have purchased a set had they offered. Very nice service though.

We had TWO flat tires on our horse trailer. We called Northwest and they had exactly what we needed. They quickly and expertly replaced both tires and we were back on the road. Prices are excellent and service is second to none. Highly recommend!

Been working with Shane for a couple weeks on getting polished wheels and new tires for my new to us motorhome before buying it. He's been very helpful on this service not knowing I was going to go as far as 80 miles to do business with him. We set up a day after he special ordered tires he didn't sell and got them in a very timely manner plus he had 4 of the 6 tires I wanted in stock so it was quick for me to have this done. My wife and I got there in Bowling Green Ohio 45 min earlier then I said and waited maybe 15 min at most and was greeted with courtesy and respect and was told to pull up at a specified location and they started working on taking all wheels off to remount new tires and four highly polished wheels which is done in house at his location at a very reasonable cost. I had brought with me some flexible valve extensions which I was told that in their opinion they tend to leak and with no extra charge they put new ones on that Shane recommended. I was telling the wife inside the coach that we were going to have to buy the chrome accessories that would finish the new shinny wheels off. So with Shane telling me about the new valve stem's they replaced he recommended he also had the accessory kit out and showed me how well it all goes together for a very reasonable price, which surprised me he even had them and in stock at such a great price to boot. So needless to say I found a new go to place for my tire needs in our new to us motor coach. I will be traveling the 160 miles to do business with Shane and I highly recommend him and this business.
