6I am so pleased with this company. My AC unit has not been working since June. I hired a known/popular company to fix it and they were unable to fix it. I then decided to call Norwalk Heating & Air conditioning. They came in the next day and gave me a diagnosis. They were able to get a new compressor under my warranty. They installed it a week later and got everything working. The receptionist is so nice and helpful. I am so satisfied with this company. The employees are knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, Norwalk Heating, so much for your help.
Shopped around for a new furnace and looked into adding central air as I never had it. Several companies gave quotes but by far this one was the best. The closest competitor who was my old my HVAC company was almost $3K more. Other companies were even more pricey. Good crew, did the job well and cleaned up at the end. Worth calling for them for work. Glad I chose this place.

I recently tried to contact them to set up a time for a quote on a new furnace and central air unit and could not get them to meet me after normal business hours. I even offered to meet at 4: 30 and was told no. That made me feel like they didn't need any more business. I was shocked at this. I was trying to keep my money with a local business but I work till 5. As an added bonus, I offered to get off early on a Friday and was told no.
5 Stars for the Norwalk Heating & AC team. Loren took away my anxiety and made a complicated issue seem easy. I really appreciate their people from the main office to the two gentlemen in the field who installed my unit. Reliable, friendly & professional all the way.
