Really a neighborhood that needs a lot of help. Nobody cares about it, it shows.

Would be a great place to live if the management would worry more about the condition of the trailers they sell. And made sure the electric was up to code. Instead of only worrying if your dog is out on a chain alone. Other than that I like it here.

Wonderful place. Nice people. Community where everyone watches out for each other.

Dilapidated and falling apart. Very old mobile homes the owners sell to people on lots or rent out. Very sad place.

The trailer park feels like its got some uneasy souls on the land lol kinda feels like it holds you there type of feeling. Yeah I know I sound crazy go there if you want a scare or ghost hunting this used to be an old theme park there.

Waited a week and a half to hear back after being told we were essentially guaranteed to be accepted only to be told no. There's never anyone in the office and it's near impossible to get ahold of property manager

Properties are very unkept and neglected. Very old and outdated. Heavily infested with cockroaches, possibly even rats. Cracks and holes in walls and flooring with little insulation. Door frames falling off. Paint chipping. Rooms with stained walls. Gas lights on stove barely turning on due to old age. Gas radiator for heat sounds like metal pounding all day and all night long. Overfilled dumpsters with trash everywhere outside. It seems like all management does is a quick cleaning then off to the next tenant after lease is over. They put somewhat of an effort to send maintenance but I would definitely not recommend these properties to anyone. Other very low income areas and even lower areas are in better condition. These properties are almost unlivable and do not seem like they’re supervised or cared for.
