Today, I had an appointment at 8: 30 and they got me out of there around 9: 15. I was having an issue with my car and they helped me quickly. They are all so kind and always are respectful!

We were really impressed by the friendly staff at Nourse Ford! We called to set up a test drive and they were able to get us what we wanted. Zach and Dominick were incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough in answering our questions and talking through our options. We did not feel pressured or pushed into making a sale. They thanked us for coming in. Next time we want a Ford, this is where we will go!

Zach, Salesman and Dominic, Sales Manager, were fantastic. Prompt with paperwork on the day of my pickup. Zach knows his vehicles, too often salesman do not research their products. Zach was more than helpful throughout the entire process.

Took my car for an 845 appointment that was supposed to take 4 hours. At 140 I called and they had just got my keys unstuck from the drop box supposedly and would call me when it was done. I gave them two numbers to call never received a call. Was on hold for 24 minutes the next day to finally talk to someone to find out it was done and the manager told me that no one checked the drop box for the keys. Super rude customer service couldn’t get stories matched up. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Awesome experience! I worked with Chris as my salesman and he truly was great. No pressure at all. Dominick, the sales manager came out and gave me numbers. No bsing, no lies, and no misleading. It was a great deal and extremely easy. Ask about the NOURSE VIP EXPERIENCE as it makes the process a million times easier and quick. Thanks again guys!

Bought a used van in March and was surprised the a/c quit working. I got an appointment right away and took it in. I did not realize I would have to leave it but they have a shuttle service that took me the 25 miles home. Very friendly driver. They had my van for 2 days, got it fixed, warranty covered most of it and happy to say I have cool air now. The entire experience was great! Friendly personnel! Thank you for getting it taken care of before vacation

I had recently bought a used 2016 F150 from your dealership, the truck is very nice and I feel I got a good deal. After a few days I noticed I couldn't reprogram any of the "my key" functions as I only got one key which wasn't the master key.
After a couple of calls and text to your resolution
"Team", you scheduled and fixed the missing key problem without delay. Even though it was a used vehicle, I think Nourse realized the problem I was having. You supplied a new master key and earned my respect at the same. Thank you!

I have always had a pleasant experience when going to the service department at Nourse Ford. The manager, Mark is top notch. The technicians are very thorough and not pushy.

There was a discrepancy of the cost for the service on my vehicle. Nourse made it right by calling me asking what can they do to make this right. Very friendly and caring staff. Probably one of very few businesses that deal with auto repair, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Everyone at Nourse Ford was helpful and worked hard to make sure I didn’t spend 5 hours there to buy a car. The Sales Manager Dominick and Salesperson Steve were amazing to work with.

The sales manager, Dominick, and our sales person, Billy, did an outstanding job in guiding us to our final decision on a Toyota Highlander. They were both pleasant, professional and informative. We have purchased 2 cars from Nourse. Each experience has been wonderful and we plan on returning to them in the future.

I've took the time out to do a little research on this place. This place is a place you as a customer would stay away from. DON'T EVER GO TO NOURSE FOR ANYTHING! THEY'LL SABOTAGE YOUR VEHICLE! THINKING THAT YOU WILL BRING IT BACK! MY VEHICLE WAS HAULED AWAY! I DROVE IT IN & HAULED IT OUT!
PEOPLE THIS IS KNOW PLACE YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY!

Excellent dealership to work with. I bought 2 trucks and was very pleased with the experience. They beat every deal I brought them. Very personable. They worked hard to find the “EXACT” trucks that I wanted. Will gladly give them my business for many years to come!
