NovaCare Rehabilitation reviews
11I've been a patient in the past at Nova Care and I'm back again. I truly like the professionalism and ease of PT Keith Ferry. I can follow directions that are not hurtful and easy to perform at home as well.
Ive never did thearpy before and they made my experience beyond comfortable. I had fractured my pelvic and worked with Corey and Samantha for the past 4 months or so and ive got stronger beyond measure. Heather has ah smile that will light ah room im so thankful for your encouragement and kind words at times i felt discouraged. Last but not least the front desk i forgot your namee! I am so said but she is the sweest. Soul i ever met and did her best to book my session around my time. I am really going to miss yo all
Immediately they welcome you like you’ve known each other for years. They took time in first visit to understand the surgery and develop a plan for recovery. I also noticed they were very patient with the seniors. For parking continue to the lower levels and there is usually space to get in and out of car.
Have been to three different PT places for 3 different knee surgeries over the past ten years and Heather and crew were by far my favorite!
Excellent customer service and the the people are friendly and helpful. I have noticed much improvement after a couple of weeks.
My time at NovaCare was very well spent. Cory was extremely thorough in diagnosing and treating the issues with my knee. The exercises he gave me and worked through with me helped get me back to my previous state. If I ever have a physical therapy need again I will definitely be back to see him.
I have had two sessions with Cory so far and both have been great. I was taught exercises to help with my back issue. Very friendly and informative. Very focused and attentive. Never felt like I was in the wrong place or wonder why I was coming to a visit. Each season freely prepared and purposeful. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for pain relief.
Corry was very helpful towards my therapy to get back to run again. I am greatly appreciate his patience and hard work. Thank you.
Keith, and his student assistant Matt, were fantastic. They helped me fly through the recovery process for a herniated disc with their strategic exercises and vast knowledge.
Feeling overwhelmed and in pain, I started PT with Heather at Nova Care on June 4th twice a week until June 25. Not only did she successfully encourage me to do the exercises at home, some every 2 hours, but her tips for desk, computer, glasses, and all round health were accurate and easily understood. Each session was something new and I always felt stronger and more positive afterwards. The handouts were very helpful to me. All was about healing, and really nothing was scary. I was on time and she was also, so no wait. I've had physical therapy years ago, and this is by far the best I've ever experienced. By the end of the sessions my neck didn't hurt any longer and I avoided surgery. Big smiles.
Keith Ferry at Novacare is a top notch physical therapist. He has helped me regain use of my foot in a way I never thought possible, especially when orthopedic doctors said there was no hope. Everyone gets individualized, thoughtful care at Novacare. Thank you!
