I had a great experience at NovaCare site in Mason Ohio. The staff led by Peter McBride is very professional and friendly. You feel right away when you step in the nice atmosphere where all the patients and the staff are happy and relaxed. Everyone is doing his/her job while enjoying it. I do recommend it and I will go back.

Very nice facility, clean with a friendly and caring staff. I have been working through pain in my neck and shoulder with an intern named Jake. He is super friendly, polite and caring. He has put together a good program for me and works through exercises I can do to help my neck. Gwen works at the front desk and was very helpful when I was scheduling for the first time. Highly recommended facility.

All of the employees were incredibly knowledgeable and personable. They made my recovery an enjoyable experience.

Great people that know their profession well. I appreciated them being very professional but not talking over my head. They did a great job explaining the issues with my back and then explaining what they felt was the best path for me to take to be pain free. I also appreciated them not being pushy with my visits and working within my budget and insurance coverage. At the end of the day they got me pain free and NovaCare is where I will go again if I need a rehab specialist.

My first experience was with Gwen, the admin. She was so marvelously efficient and professional and friendly, that I had a positive feeling before I even met my therapist. However, he was just as wonderful. He took time to explain our goals and was able to encourage and challenge me at the same time. The whole place seems to have a synergy and good atmosphere. I enthusiastically recommend this place to anyone. It is a place to heal.

My orthopedist referred me to Novacare for knee pain and achilles tendon pain. I have been impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff. They are flexible and understanding and, best of all, the therapy has helped!

Scheduling appointments that fit my schedule, 5 star easy. Great mix of professionalism and personality among the facility team, 5 star easy. Training me on a list of simple exercise procedures I can do at home to keep my chronically angry shoulder at a happier place. So far, 5 star easy!

Incredible staff, great facility and resources. Have had my kids there for sports injuries, the staff there takes care, and detailed attention while getting them back to 100% safely and back on the field. Highly recommend!

Pete McBride and his staff at this location are very good at what they do you will be treated like and old friend right off the bat!
