This company is very unprofessional and un organized. They hire almost anyone who applies (should see how some of these people dress for sucess). They also do not take the proper protocol, they do not train you very well, as most times your figuring it out yourself. This company also makes up lies about you and cannot provide proof when asked. Most of their good employees quit or get thrown out the door. I would not recommend working here at all.

Fun getting a weekly check however this company does not care about there employees. Just care about the customer. Was with the company for 3 years, and they just allowed trash to keep working. The leads and management were corrupted. Allowing there favorites to do whatever they want. Many people would call off and it was always our responsibility to cover there load which we didn't think was fair. NO RAISES, or NO BENIFITS.

Worked for the company from July 2022 - October 2022 to many people in charge and not enough employees. To many managers to work with they all say something different site supervisors are rude and accuse you of not doing your job they snitch on you and lie about you. Beware they will never give you the equipment you need to be successful. They want to expand their business but they do not treat their current employees fair or with dignity and respect. Do not work for them unless you like being a part of their click certain People they like get favoritism. Will not let you work the days you want, and will make you feel like you can’t leave the company like you are forced to work here.
