Great place to go to. Got my oil changed and was in and out quickly. They even checked the health on my battery

"I'm sorry" doesn't make up for terrible service. So, I'm sorry, but I won't be calling you for my alignment and additional needs. Hire professionals. Please improve to your " older"reputation. Ya guys were the best once.

This has to be the slowest place I've ever been. I had an 11 o'clock appointment for tires to be put on and it took 2 hours to get 4 tire on my vehicle. I'll never go again.

Absolutely horrible service. 4 guys at the shop plusa manager. 1 other car in the bays, had a 9 am appointment I made over a week in advance for a tire rotation, and have a slow leak fixed on a tire. It took over 30 minutes to even have my car brought into bay. The guy working on my car was a "disgruntled " employee, and was pretty much taking a 10 min break every 25 minutes.ridiculous. I will not be coming back.

They saved us after hours when we got a nail in our tire. They were very accommodating and understanding. We really appreciate them taking care of us when they could have just said no. You don’t find that very often. Thank you to the manager and the team for the great service!

After ordering a new set up copper all terrain tires I dropped my truck off to have them installed.they installed a completely different set of tires and didn't tell me. After calling in. I got " oh I forgot to tell you I couldn't get the tire you wanted " also wanted a an Alignment. They said they could not turn the bolt. So I went home and tried to turn said bolt. Bolt turns just fine. They were supposed to call me Monday with the proper tires. After using this place for over 10 years. I will not be returning

Ed the manager there is a great guy very polite and really helpful. I will definitely recommend this shop to everyone I know

Was too busy to help told me they would bet to me sometime maybe today I went to Midas up the road and was done in 30 min

I went in to get an alignment, having made an appointment online where I indicated I’d be staying to wait at the shop. After handing over the keys, approximately 1hr45mins passed before my vehicle was pulled into the bay. One hour later they had finished, and my alignment is worse than before. The shop wasn’t even busy, so I’m not sure what the heck took so long, and there’s simply no excuse for shoddy work. I’ll be taking my vehicle to another shop tomorrow to get the job done correctly, and will try to forget all about my wasted afternoon at the Streetsboro NTB.

These guys are legit criminals. Wrong size was ordered. Right size was ordered and installed. Wrong size was supposed to be shipped back by fedex. Conflicting stories by managers (old and new) and employees for over a month. New manager uses extremely professional language like yo and dude to handle the situation.utter scumbags. Matter is still not resolved. Currently being charged for both sets.

My husband brought his car in, they made him wait 2 hours for an oil change. Only to say they don't know how to change the oil. And then charged him for wipers. Literally a joke.

Bought a new set of Coopers on the spring 21 for my Silverado. Within a few months they started to slow leak. I filled them up occasionally whenever they dropped below 29 psi. Winter 2021 comes and my tire pressure continually drops to the low 20s. Four times I've been at this location and they cannot seem to figure how to get a consistent seal on these tires. Good for a couple days and then drops down to low 20s. Super nice guys but at this point I'm over it.

Had a tire appointment at 3pm. Showed up at 2: 45pm. Was informed they couldn’t fit me in because call offs. No call was made in the morning to ask if I wanted to reschedule or to inform me that I wouldn’t be able to get in because of the call offs. Then tried to send me 30-45 min away to get them on. No discount offered for me driving that far, wasted my time coming in. Had I know this prior I would have looked to reschedule or find another place to get my tires. Will be going somewhere else for tires from now on.

Couldn't be happier with my experience. I am not sure if they changed management at this store but I was helped out by a Manager named Ed who was definitelyon his A game. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel like the wool was being pulled over my eyes as others have done. Way to go NTB you now have my business.

Scheduled an appointment online Tuesday for Friday. I receive a call less than hour from the appointment time that they are short staffed and would need to reschedule. So we rescheduled for today same time. I arrive and I am told they cannot do the services requests because the only person that can do the service isn't there. So they send me to the Hudson NTB about 5 miles away and tell me they can take care of what was needed. I arrive at the Hudson NTB and the person he spoke to here was not informed and they are very short staffed. Absolutely unbelievable. I've been going there for years but I think it's time to find a place with better customer service and know how to treat people correctly.
