I wish I could give 0 stars. I came out of my company Christmas party to find I had a flat tire. Got there and very rude front desk girl said I could come back Saturday.
This was 245pm on a Thursday. Avoid this location

I likely will not return.
I had called 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment to confirm location.
When I walked in they had a screen that had everybodys names and apt times on it and I saw mine at the top. I liked that.
However it took the front desk guy from 4-4: 15 to just check me in. I’m just standing there while he’s clicking around.another 30 minutes go by before I see my car go from parking lot to the back.
4: 45 is when they pulled my car back to just then get started.
Over all I waited till 5: 45, nearly 2 hours for a scheduled $30 repair from a nail.
All in all the communication between the staff to the customers was lacking. When I walked in “we are running 45 minutes behind, does that still work for you” should’ve been within the first 3 sentences said to me. I honestly would just rescheduled.which would’ve helped you guys out anyway.now I most likely wont be using their services again.
I will say Manager was very nice he did comp my repair as I did need to pick my daughter up from daycare in a rush by 6.

Very pleasant and helpful.they treat a customer how it supposed to be treated and yes I would go back again

Came here to get a tire with a slow leak fixed before I went on a 6 hour trip, they took my money and did not fix my tire and now I am sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow.

I am only giving 1 star because there is nothing lower. I had to wait an extra 2-3 hours due to the wrong size tires were delivered. For the check engine light, I brought the car in 3 times without success. The area manager was only slightly able to assist. I took my car to Ganley and they repaired it in 1 visit.

Rick G, the service manager, was incredibly helpful. I came to visit my 94 year old mother for the holidays and had a leaking tire on my drive up from North Carolina. Rick fit me in on Christmas Eve day in the midst of the winter storm. He also gave me a tire gauge (I didn't have one) and helped shovel/push my car out, when I got stuck. He provided excellent customer service and got me in and out in a timely way. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable and very helpful. Definitely a place to go to get service on your car!

Do not service car here! Put my 19 year old child on the road with unattached rims and unbalanced tires, nearly causing an accident. Management failed to fix after 16 hours of service with reimbursement! Truly could have caused harm. Thank God it didn't

Thanks to Daniel Compton for helping us out for my new set fo tire from this shop. Without his help probably i can't go back to canada. Thank you so much for everything Dan. 100% will recommend this shop for everything you need.

Great place to get your car worked on. The staff are all rock stars. If you need a great car shop go to this location.

Pressured to leave positive feedback so they receive their bonus. Good luck with that, you guys can't even put an oil filter on properly. Wasted money on future alignments, I'll never let these clowns touch my car again.

My car overheated on my way to the CPR training center in Garfield Heights to pick up manikins to teach infant CPR in Akron. After calling around and being told that no one could even look at my car until tomorrow, I reached Bob at NTB. He promised that they could at least look at it today. They took it back almost immediately! The water pump-that had lasted 222,000 miles-had croaked. By this time, it was nearly 3: 00. He said that they could have it replaced by the end of the day, but that I wouldn't be back in Akron by my 5: 30 class. One of the mechanics actually drove me to the rental car company to make sure that I made it to Akron in time. Honestly, all of the mechanics and personnel I worked with at NTB treated me like family and not just a random customer like many other places tend to do!

Bob, Jeff and Zeb stayed late on a Saturday to change my tire after triple A screwed me and left us stranded with a flat for 2+ hours. Was planning on ubering home and picking it up Monday, but Bob said they could just knock it out right then and there. Took maybe 15 minutes and we drove it home that night. Will continue to get my business and will now have my fiancé’s as well!

I called to get a quote on 4 new (275/45/R21) 110W Pirelli Scorpion Zero tires for my Land Rover and because your employees choose to be on speaker phone while helping you and you can't hear them well; I responded with thank you sir and your associate got a really crummy voice that "I'm not a man, I'm a woman" and slammed the phone down in my ear and hung up on me. With something that simple of a mistake, she could have replied a lot better then she did and I could have sincerely apologized to her that moment and moved on, but now I'll take my $1200.00+ sale somewhere else.

Mario and Bob both took care of me. Great guys with a great staff. Very honest and trustworthy

If I could give zero stars I would. Unfriendly, unprofessional and Un-willing to accept their faults. Waiting on a call back from the district manager…I’d love to go into details but I’m so upset that I’m shaking. Will NEVER return here.
