NTB truly gets customer service. I dealt with Anthony Hans, the Store Manager. Expert and personable, he took care of everything efficiently and kindly. A great professional and a pretty nice guy! I’ll gladly come back!

I rarely give low reviews but - wow- the Ridiculously long wait time. What was the point of making an appointment to mount and balance tires if I was going to be made to wait 2 and a half hours?
Also, when I bought my winter tires I was told they would mount them for free and I would just pay a balancing fee when I switched again - they didn't nor did I get a discount for the ridiculous wait.
I used to really love NTB but it seems in the last couple of years the service levels that had set them apart have gone down.

$52.80 to put in a $2.99 turn signal bulb, this place is literally a joke anymore. Done coming here, I gave them one more chance after they wrecked my car into another car in their parking lot last winter. I should have learned my lesson then.

I went there to get a new battery. The customer service was excellent. The battery was priced reasonably. I was in and out within 20 to 25 minutes. For the service that I required and the time that I spent there I give NTB an excellent rating and I will be a repeat customer.

Exceptional service. Very knowledgeable and very friendly.
Will definitely recommend NTB to family and friends!

WARNING: PRICE GOUGERS

Would not recommend this place to anyone, they clearly prey on people who don’t know any better. A friend of mine recently had his car looked at here for a broken tie rod end, they quoted him $1000 for the job! I was floored when he called me and asked if that sounded like a fair price. Shame on these hucksters! If you’re looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic, you won’t find one here!

I went there, because my 2014 chevy malibu would have trouble starting if I didn't run it for a day. So they said they would test my battery and alternator. They said my alternator was bad, and was killing my battery. It would be just over $1000 for repairs. They told me a new alternator by itself was about $500 + labor + a battery. I thought that price was OUTRAGEOUS. I decided to go elsewhere, to see if they could beats that price. Top Value told me they would test my battery and alternator as well. They said my alternator was charging just fine, my battery was putting low voltage. Unsaved over $700 by checking another shop. By the way I couldn't find a $500 alternator anywhere online. My car has been running just fine after battery replacement.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. Service was done in a timely manner. They also prioritized a repair estimate for me! Honesty goes a long way, and I will definitely return to this location to have my vehicle serviced.

I have trusted NTB with my vehicle tire needs, I believe the last 3 times. Always good service and the warranty is wonderful. A few times I had flats and they fixed them at NC with the warranty. My dealership recently told me I needed new tires and front brakes. I came to NTB and told them. They inspected them and told me that was not the case. I APPRECIATE their honesty and they now have a customer for life. Heck, the woman that helped me even changed my keyfob battery. This is the place to get your tires.

I was told that I could bring my vehicle in for alignment, and that they had an open bay. They told me it would take a little over an hour to complete.an hour and a half later, I asked if it was almost ready and told them I had another appointment to go to, and they informed me that I was the next one in. Terrible business practices. They will lie to get you there, with no regard for your time or priorities.

Bought all new tires from this place, not even a week went buy and my driver front tire went flat. I went in that week for a replacement and the store manager told me no because I didn’t get roadside added into the tires. Regardless if I did or not I should’ve been compensated. They checked and couldn’t tell me why it went flat and still no help. Even corporate wouldn’t help me, never again will I ever spend money at this joke of a place. STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS

I needed new tires and after shopping around it seemed that they had the best pricing and a good rebate at the time. The gal I spoke with Shawna seemed knowledgeable and was very helpful finding me reasonable tires for a great price and timing to get a rebate. When I came back to get the tires installed however, it was an entirely different story. When they were finished with my tires, She did not know how to print me a receipt with my information on it because I used a discount program for essential workers. She also could not find me any information on the road hazard protection I purchased that I could take with me. There was something wrong with their computer system is what I was told. She told me she would call me back once she was able to get the correct information from management regarding this. She also told me that the person who installed a part on my car previously, did it incorrectly. She was going to get me a price on what it would cost for NTB to repair what my previous mechanic did wrong. (Fortunately, another person came in and this distracted her before she did this) I was there for over 3 hours for only a tire replacement. I was in tears with my previous mechanic while I was there, waiting, because she advised me of the error he did. Now, I know we all are busy, and things get forgotten. So I waited for a call back the next day like I was told I would receive, but that did not happen. By the end of the 2nd day i called and she was very short, sounded irritated and did not have the information she said she would have and again would call me back. By this time I found out there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car as she had told me. I ended up having to email the person who helped me with the essential worker account, and he took care of everything for me. I still have not received a call back. I will not be going back to this location when it is time for a rotation or any maintenance on my car.

NTB service is extremely poor they use the bait and switch say they have the tire then try to get you too buy a cheaper made more expensive tire.

What amazing people so Yesterday I started home from work and my tire light came on pulled over and found my tire nearly flat. Drive to the Goodyear store at Belden Village mall and was told they were getting ready to close and no they could not nor would they help me. On a tire almost flat. Sarcastically the man said try NTB down the road see if they will help you. With a chuckle.

I drove to the NTB store on Belpar and they were closing also but the girl stopped closing told me to pull in and she would put air in my tire. She started and then stated “you have shards of metal in this tire you can not drive on it”. She then put on my spare. She did not even try to sell me anything so I looked at her and asked her to keep the tire to see if it could be repaired.

Fast forward to today. They opened at 8 this morning and my husband called at 8: 10 and my tire was fixed and very well done. The price was beyond reasonably low cost. Thank you NTB you have my business for life.

Run from this place. Went in for noise which sounded like something wobbling. Said i needed front brakes. Was there in May and they told me i had 50% of my brakes left. Ummmm? Did a tire rotation on my car in august. Turns out the noise i was hearing was my tires shaking due to the fact they did not torque lug nuts after the tire rotation. In fact, employee told me that you could turn the front drivers side lug nuts by hand. So I paid money for new brakes that probably could have waited. Not to mention I could have lost a tire going 70mph on turnpike and probably would not be here to write this review. This place was great a few years ago. They have several new employees and its just not good anymore.

Terrible customer service. I went to my scheduled appointment that was a 1 hour appointment and they said it would be 3-4 hours so I rescheduled. I dropped my car off on the day and time I was told when it was rescheduled and they said they had no record of an appointment. Then they said they no longer have the tires I reserved. At this point I was already frustrated but what set me over the edge was the guy at the counter was yelling at me for something they screwed up. I would never step foot in another NTB after this experience.

Horrible experience, and this was just with the initial phone call. The gentleman I spoke with, I wish I remembered his name, was rude and completely unhelpful. It took him twice to find the battery because he took down the wrong answers to the type of car/engine I had. Once he found the battery, I asked him when I could get it installed. First opening was tomorrow at 11. I asked how much it would cost for install. "It could be anywhere from $13 and $61. " How is it possible, knowing the make and model you cannot give me an install price? Then I asked if I could wait for it when I bring it in for my appointment. "I can't tell the future, I don't know how long it would take. " I swear I felt like I was being pranked. And I swear I am not making this up. I've never experienced customer service like this ever. Instead of paying $199 +$13 to $61 and not knowing when it would be done, I went to autozone, paid $180, and they installed it free of charge. Done in 10 minutes.

When I bought my four tires from here I bought the warranty. This warranty was suppose to cover the life of the tire. I called today and the gentleman that answered said yes this is true the tire would be covered. So I set up an appointment for 130. Take the car in sat and waited the guy comes out and tells me they will cover $23 of the tire and I owe 134. I explained I have the warranty and it should be covered. He said no. Why sell a warranty if you are not going to honor it? Never again will I shop here and will warn everyone I know

They are way too expensive! And you almost always have to wait longer than described in the beginning.
