I had an oil change of my Audi here. It took some time but they did it well and provided an additional brake check, fluid check and Tire rotation for free.
Must visit if you want to change and check those.

I have been here twice. First time was to get new tires and an oil change. I had great service and it was prompt and fast. Second time, I had a nail in my tire. Bit of background, the place where I bought my car said I needed new tires soon so I was in the market for new tires. The nail in my tire seemed like perfect time to replace all and I had great previous experience at this NTB. Went there and told them to price out some new tires. They contacted us within about an hour and said they could sell us new tires but they didn't want to because our tires are perfectly fine. They plugged the nail hole and they refused to let us pay for any of the service. Excellent customer service and store manager is top notch. Thanks NTB!

These guys are working hard.they take care of their customers, but service is somewhat backed up, because they need help. If you need a job, they are hiring. I bought tires here and was out in about an hour.very reasonable. Shop around but go there. They will take care of you.

This is a really good shop. Joey is your go-to guy. Even though the store is badly understaffed, they are doing the absolute best they can under the circumstances!

Bought 4 tires - not the most expensive - because they had a deal, but was really upset with the way they constantly tried to upsell.like a used-car dealer. This was about a year ago. Since then, I have had to have all 4 tires removed and reattached by Mr. Tire because they all went flat due to "incorrect mounting. " Why not take them back to NTB? Because I didn't have the paper receipt.

Will make excuses not to work on your vehicle if youve held them accountable in the past. Also this location has like one actual mechanic the rest are straight out of used tire school

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Jason and Joey are two of the rudest people I have ever encountered in the service industry. They did not listen to my needs and did a faulty alignment on my car that could have ended up costing me hundreds of dollars or a car accident. They lied on the report they gave me stating the Camber on my tire was fine. It was NOT. And then proceed to cuss me out and be disrespectful when I call them out. Disgusting. Don’t go here.

I recently checked into the NTB located on Billingsley Road in Columbus, Ohio, with an unusual situation with my Ford Fiesta. Several of my instrument panel lights had come on simultaneously, all focused on ABS, traction control, hill stability, and so on. A quick diagnostic check showed that one of my rear wheel speed sensors was defective, causing a chain reaction in the warning issues. Additionally, the service technician told me the computer control system would require a coding reset/reprogram, something that only a Ford dealership could do. Although I didn’t really want to go to a Ford dealership, I was appreciative of the service tech’s honesty and recommendation. Because of the nature of my situation, NTB didn’t charge me the $137 diagnostic fee, knowing that Ford was probably going to assess similar charges and more in fixing the sensor/warning issues. I want to thank the Billingsley Road NTB (and Jason T.store manager) for this kind gesture, especially amid our current economic downturn and high inflation!

Jason Thevenin and everyone at this location provides the best customer service! I came to this location for a nail in my tire and they took great care of me. They are fast, friendly and do awesome work. I’d highly recommend this location!

They work really hard to get the customers back on the road and on with there day always a nice caring staff
