If you want to be treated badly, there is with that I say everything. When a man arrived, he began to shout in a very rude manner, bad treatment.

Wow these guys are amazing! I came out of work this evening to a flat tire. I was able to get it here and they patched it up with the speed of light. I have no need to ever go anywhere else!

I can always count on this place whether I need mechanical work or just tires. The manager here is absolutely the best. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Brought my car in to check the brakes and although we didn’t end up getting them fixed today, Matt was awesome at explaining everything. Will definitely be back!

Never go here, in the past they have tried to scam me over a tire change. Tried to charge me 2000 because of something with my air conditioner. I went in for a new tire. They refused to do that and insisted I pay them 2000. And it's clear they just drink on the job and screw people over, I can smell it as soon as I walk in. AVOID, AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY IN GENERAL!

The NTB on Silver Drive in Columbus had the tires I wanted at a good price. Scheduling service was easy. Associates were friendly, courteous and efficient. Wait time for service was short. Car runs great on the new tires. Highly recommended.

As always quick and price is responsible. But their single flaw is that they have hard time to call you when the work is done

Went in for what I knew was an air leak in my tire. My boyfriend had gone in a week earlier and had a leak fixed on his tire for $35. They were friendly, but told me that due to the placement of the leak on the tire, they couldn't fix, it so the solution was going to be replacing a set of tires. The cost my service went from the ballpark of $30-$400 very quickly. It sounded off to me, so I got a second opinion at Costco, where they ended up patching my tire for literally $5.
The people who helped me at NTB were nice enough, but I do not recommend NTB if you are a young woman or a minority of some kind, like me, because they will try to pull a fast one on you. NTB has lost my trust and I will never come back with my business.

Had a tire patched. Told me an hour wait and was out within 20 minutes. Great service and friendly.

I had an unexpected blow out and needed a tire replaced that day. After calling 4 other places the Silver Dr.location not only had what I needed, but were able to replace it that day, with little notice.

They take forever today any job after you call ap ut a resevation in. It took them 8 hours to change one rim. I will never go to this location again.

Dropped off my flat tire for a patch and it ended up needing replaced. I missed the voicemail and a day went by and when I called back in to follow up, they were able to accommodate my mistake and get the tire ready in a timely manner for me close to closing time. Thank you!

It has taken 2 hours for an oil change. I scheduled an appointment, was told 45 minutes and now 2 hours later still not done
