I got a flat down the street and was quite a bit from home with my two year old. Joey and Jules offered prompt service and were so kind and thorough in explaining options. I was so thankful to be back on the road in time to for school pick up. So appreciative of their service and kindness.

Joey and his team are great. My husband and I actually started coming here after having a bad experience at a local Subaru dealership. This location is extremely professional and will get you in right away. Nothing but great and fast service here every time. I’m surprised to see negative reviews based off a job taking longer than expected. It happens! Definitely does not warrant a 1 star review.

When I say this morning started off horrible with a flat tire and my battery going at the same time I was stressed. From the minute I called NTB Northfield when Joey (the store manager mind you) answered the phone he reassured me to come in and they would get everything taken care of. As soon as I walked in Jules greeted me which seems like something so simple but now a days it doesn’t always happen and in my opinion is so important. Joey was polite, and clearly very well educated and happily answered my 20 questions until I understood exactly what I needed! I live 45 minutes away and I will bring all of my vehicles here from now on. I am so thankful and can’t stress enough if you’re looking for quality service and people come to NTB Northfield!
