NTB-National Tire & Battery, Medina OH

Needed to get my winter tires put on. Called and they were super friendly and got me in SO quickly! Dropped it off at 4 and they said I could pick up before end of day. Worked with Ed and he was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely come back.

My 1 ton diesel truck broke on my way through OH. Called the nearest NTB and spoke to the manager (Jim) who said they would fit me in as soon as I could get the truck to the store. The staff is both professional and friendly. The assistant manager (Ed) has gone out of the way to keep me informed and to find the needed parts. I would recommend this store to both the people in the area as well as the travelers who are in need of a helping hand.

The Saturday after Thanksgiving my wife & I were traveling from Circleville, Ohio to Hinkley, Ohio. The morning was below freezing & the low pressure light came on. We looked up the nearest NTB in Medina. (We're 20+ year customers.). Pulled in, explained to Ed the issue. He directed us into the bay immediately; checked pressure; topped off the tires; and we were on the road in 5 minutes. Ed was most cordial, professional, & accommodating. Most appreciated

Friendly staff, they worked quick and effectively knowing I had little time to get to work and needed my tire changed asap without breaking my wallet.

Jim the manager was very rude and angry seemingly for me just walking in the door and I'm not sure why.this place was a whole lot better before he took over.fortunately Ed and the techs where way better and I feel sorry he takes his anger out on them because I heard him basically screaming at one of the techs when I came back because one of the tires I had mounted didn't have the valve stem replaced and was leaking. Ed took good care of me right away as Jim was still angry at the world the next day when I came back. I won't be returning which is unfortunate for the rest of the great employees but Jim ruined the whole store.additionally he swore at me when I called in to say one tire was leaking when he must have thought I couldn't hear him because I had bad service

Was in the area shopping and came out to a low tire so I thought I would stop by and see if they could help and with no questions asked they looked at my tire and put some air in it for me and sent me on my very busy way so I want to thank them and I will be back with out a second thought cause the guys where all great and the boss (Jim) told me what I needed to be aware of just in case it got low again! Great crew and very Polite and professional thanks guys!
