You know they say all auto repair shops are created equal. But you look at NTB and you look at Pep Boys and you can see that statement is NOT TRUE. See, normally if you go one-on-one with another repair shop you got a 50/50 chance of winning. But NTB are tire changing freaks, and they’re not normal. So you got a 25% at best at beat NTB. And then you add Sam’s Club Tire Center to the mix? Your chances of winning drastic go down. See, the three-way at the Boardman Town Crier best repair shop of 2023, you got a 33 1/3 chance of winning. But NTB got a 66 2/3 chance of winning, 'cause Sam’s Club KNOOOWS they can't beat NTB, and they’re not even gonna try. So, Pep Boys, takes their 33 1/3 chance minus Sam’s Club’s 25% chance, and Pep Boys got an 8 1/3 chance of winning at the Boardman Town Crier awards. But then you take NTB’s 75% chance of winning (if they was to go one on one), and then add 66 2/3 cha—percent, NTB got a 141 2/3 chance of winning at the Boardman auto shop awards! Señor Pep, the numbers don't lie, and they spell disaster for you in Boardman.

Coming in from out of town, I recently had the pleasure of visiting NTB tire and service center in Boardman, Ohio. I am beyond impressed with the level of service I received. From start to finish, every aspect of my experience was well above my expectations. Shawn, a young guy who assisted me throughout the entire process was very knowledgeable in the automotive industry, as he took the time to thoroughly explain the services I needed and provided me with multiple options. He made sure to address all of my concerns and answer every question I had. Aside from Shawn's outstanding service, the overall experience at NTB tire and service center was exceptional. The facility was clean and well organized. I cannot recommend NTB enough.

Came in right away after running over a screw on 224. The service was quick, effective, and friendly. Highly recommend. Can’t go wrong here!

My family and I were traveling from Michigan and Pennsylvania when we were forced to stop in Boardman due to break issues. After going to several places we made it to NTB and were seen right away by John Scarabino. He figured out what the problem was and tried hard to get us to a place who could fix the car right away. He found someone and we were so grateful for all he did. We did not have to pressure him or remind him about us and he found a place for us to go. We were grateful for his help so we could get back on our long road trip.

My wife and I walked in to get our tires changed for the winter and met Chris. He was extremely nice, helpful, and a great guy all around. The price for everything was very reasonable and the work was done very fast. 100/100 absolutely amazing.

Because people need to know what great employees you have at your national tire and battery in Boardman location.about 11 years ago me and my family was not in a great situation, times were tough.while walking through the parking lot to go to work one day at a nearby business, I noticed a used basketball hoop.this may sound odd but for two little boys that was getting next to nothing for Christmas A used basketball hoop would've made the holidays for them, so conjure up enough nerve to go in and ask, at that point they directed me to John scarabino this is when my world changed. I explained what my situation was and he just asked for my name and number and he said he would see what he could do and he had explained that the basketball hoop was for the employees at the store.on Christmas Eve. I received a text from Mr.scarabino. It simply said santa was not able to make it down your chimney this year with the basketball hoop but he was able to sneak in your backyard and inside your storage shed he was able to leave a package to my daughters and my surprise he went out and purchased a full-size portable basketball hoop and two basketballs.now 11 years later, and all of our lives are in a better situation, not living in the community anymore I was visiting family I don't want to stop by and tell Mr.scarabino because of his kind generosity. My grandson, which is a senior this year has made the boys varsity team, when I told him I would like to do something for him to thank him, he simply looked at me and said you already have, when you stopped in my store 11 years ago you did not have a smile on your face, today when you stopped in my store, your face is gleaming with joy.what an amazing place with amazing people

Everyone here is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! John and Chris provide excellent service and explain everything. When my car wouldn't start, the technician checked every possible issue, found the problem and repaired my car. They didn't pressure me into anything I didn't need. I highly recommend NTB

Went in to get winter tires for my car. Chris Holmes helped out. Chris had excellent customer service skills and made it an overall great experience. Recommended tires and had them put on in a timely manner. I will definitely be back for all my tire needs!

Really nice guy! My tire check tires light came on and John, in the bitter cold, checked all my tires, put air in them, told me that's all I needed. He didn't charge me for his time and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. When I need tires, I'll be back! Thank you John Scarabino for your kindness and honesty!

Our truck down right across the street from this place (NTB). We barely made it to there parking lot. The 2 employees where extremely nice and in no time fixed the problem and we where on our way. Where not from this area so we where very grateful. Thanks guys great job.

Yesterday I stopped by and I got my car fixed for Free. I just told the person up front that I had no money when the car was finished and he went to the back talked to the owner and said just let him go. This place is an amazing place to fix your car. Thank you for your generosity, highly recommended.

I used to love this store but now that Mavis Tire owns it, I'll never return except for warranty work. Labor price is ridiculous and the mark up on parts is 3 times the going retail price. They also had issues getting the parts on time.

A wonderful man named Butch checked all four of my tires and made sure they had enough air. Thank you, Butch for your help.

Everyone was so helpful here! We were on the road traveling and no one would help us fix our trailer tires. The technician found out problem and had us back on the road within 30 minutes. And Chris, the desk attendant, was so kind and pleasant to speak with. Couldn't recommend these people enough

Before I came for an oil change my car had no problems.after the oil change my wheel started shaking.then instead of taking responsibility for messing up my car.they had the nerve to give me an estimate of over 2000.my car has been to Harrisburg, Columbus, and ocean city with no problems. Also my breaks are sqeaking now because of them. Then I was spoken to in a condescending tone. First time here, I’m never coming back. Please Do Not Waste Your Money!

Got 2 new tires and an alignment. Lots of road noise on the old tires after the alignment. Also they used a MASSIVE amount of weight on both of the new tires. I called them on in on the spot. They tried to say it was normal.anyone who spent any time working on cars knows if you need that much weight, you need to rotate the tire on the rim and try to balance again. They refused to do it but told me to come back if there are issues. Well, ya, it dose not ride smooth nor do the tires ware evenly. Problem is I was passing though and needed tires as an emergency. I'll never be back in the area again to "bring it back". I should never have accepted their refusal to spin the tire on the rim and reduce the amount of tire weights.never good results from NTB alignments years ago. This is the first time I have used them in about 15 years. They scam people on their alignments. I will go right back to not using them ever again now.

I had a Great experience with NTB they did a great job on my car and I recommend anyone to come down and get your tires or oil change if needed it’s a fast service and they have great customer service they welcome you with open arms.
