Nunzio's Pizzeria, Lakewood OH

Now THAT'S a deluxe pie! So many toppings! And baked perfectly! This was the first time I got pie at this location and I will be back.

Great food. Reliable, quick, cheap, open late, always friendly. Hole in the wall, hidden gem.

I called the Lakewood Nunzio's at 4 o'clock when they opened and placed an order. When we went to pick it up, they said they didn't get the order. After some thought, the employee said that our call must have been forwarded to the Nunzio's on Lorain before Lakewood had a chance to cancel the call forwarding. Their solution was for us to wait while they prepared our order, which would have been okay except that they never apologized. Based on their attitude, I cancelled the order without comment. An hour later I get a call from the Lorain store telling me that unless I picked up the order, I'd be blacklisted. When I tried to explain the mix-up, she got belligerent and argued that my explanation was impossible - that calls weren't forwarded. During a heated discussion where she called me a liar, I hung up.

A Lakewood institution. That late night pizza (at street food prices) that still feels like it has a soul. Outstanding $10 pie and you can get it at 3: 30 am. Doesn’t get much better than that. Nice staff too.

Ordered calzone in person and 35 minutes later I received a burnt piece of poo with less flavor than fried wings from Churches Chicken. Customer service ladies were nice.

This place hooked it up late night and all the workers were literally so nice, I highly recommend Nunzio’s

The best of the best has a taste that sticks with you as it has with me. I could only eat Nunzios food for life and be satisfied and the Price is Right.

Came in to receive my takeout order (on time) awkwardly stood at the counter for over 5 minutes watching the 3 employees stare at their feet, grab drinks for themselves, use the restroom etc. I made eye contact with 2 of them but not once did anyone acknowledge my existence. A simple "sorry, we'll be right with you" would have sufficed and I would have gladly waited. But to be blatantly ignored like that is unacceptable.
I used to be a regular customer, have had many mess ups including being lied to to my face that the toppings I ordered were simply "under the cheese" when they clearly weren't. But I still kept coming back because of their proximity to me and their hours. I'm a reasonable man, I understand everyone makes mistakes but this was strike 14 or 15. They will never receive a dime again from me.

Pizza is decent and not like a chain. Reason for 2 star is rude staff members. I placed an order where I was told 20 mins. I came in 11 mins later where the lady was rude saying it just came through and she doesn’t understand why I am there. Probably won’t be back anymore after this. Plenty of pizza joints to choose from

I get here regularly. Tonight I got a pizza that was burnt on the bottom. Called to let them know and they argued with me saying I was wrong that it wasn't burnt and hung up on me. Called back again and got hung up on twice before getting through to a manager.but jeeze. I'm not looking for free pizza, I'm looking for pizza that isn't burnt. You guys lost a long time patron.

Very great food every time. And always open late. Love this place. My go to for late night munchies!

I Had A CHUNK OF PLASTIC IN MY FOOD THE MANAGER WAS RUDE SHE SAID SHE COULD PICK UP THE PLASTIC BUT NOT REFUND ME.

Polite, kind & quick service with the best pies around. Calzones and chicken wings are to die for. Keep up the good work, your business is wayyyy underappreciated.

Staff was extremely rude pizza took 20 minutes and was burnt and they forgot my large ranch even after I specifically asked if it was in the box terrible experience

If I could give 0 stars I would, TERRIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL customer service… was on hold for about 10 minutes trying to order a pizza and when someone finally answered they told me to call another place and hung up… Mind your there only 2 miles away from my house so when I called back to try and order a pizza AGAIN they proceeded to tell me my card was declined meanwhile I was still charged $20 for food I NEVER EVEN GOT! Very unprofessional and rude customer service! I will never be ordering from them again… you’d be better off making yourself a tortinos pizza

Ordered pickup order for a small pepperoni with banana peppers. Picked it up in 15-20 min and it was delicious!

My coworkers ordered from here and had me try it and omg yes just ordered me a small pizza and it was loaded and delicious. Ordered from Lakewood Location

Pizza was horrible ate one
Slice it made me sick to my stomach for hours now barley any sauce cheese and everything comes
Of in one bite I ordered parmesan cheese to sprinkle on the pizza it was literally wet inside the little container it came in not worth the money even if it was cheep wouldn’t buy again when I called back to add on the cheese the lady I spoke to got real nasty all of a sudden very rude I was only 10 mins from the location she was very quick to say no on delivering till I told her I worked at a hotel then she was alright but overall horrible attitude horrible service the delivery driver was in such a rush he pretty much ran in and out in seconds honestly I’d ask for a refund but her attitude makes it seem like she wouldn’t Already

Best pizza around. Wish they would open one closer to North Ridgeville, but we still drive 30 min just to pick up a pizza.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! Been ordering for years with no problem with paying cash I called from my new number and all of a sudden it was a big deal, The so called “manager” was very rude and didn’t wanna place my order bc apparently 12: 30 is too late for a $40 dollar order. It must’ve been her time of the month i’ve been a loyal customer for years and have spent thousands with them very disappointed
