The representative was disrespectful Call back to the store to order was incorrect i Order from them all the time This was unacceptableI will not be ordered from them again

Ordered 2 sausage subs-1 special
And a large extra cheese with Pepperoni….

5 star service. The employees are really a charm. The food is great and you get what you ask for everytime. If you want less or more sauce, you'll get less or more sauce. Oh and they stay open until 3: 30AM! All-in-all a really solid choice for pizza that blows the typical chains out of the water.

Called in a half sheet and was told to pick up in 20 mins when I show up my order isn't even in the oven yet and was told to wait another 20 mins they don't even have my order on their computer SMH

Fantastic late night pizza. Been ordering from Nunzio's for almost 20 years. Don't plan on that changing anytime soon.

Wouldn’t even rate this “pizza place” 1 star. Ordered a pizza at 9… didn’t arrive till 12: 15… cheese was legit rubber like it’s been sitting for hours … and i paid almost 20$ … do NOT recommend. Trash employees, ghetto and just not a good place to order from. Smh never getting my money again.

Nunzio's Pizzeria is most basic pizza in the Cleveland area, and that’s a good thing. Pizza not trying to be anything more than a pizza. Throw in a salad and it’s super fresh!

All that aside; it’s the staff that’s makes this business so wonderful! Very grateful for their kindness, efficiency, dedication and amazing customer service!

I cannot speak for anyone else. My experience with this particular place has always been a good one and I have come to find that people who show negativity to them are usually their direct competition. The food is on point, they make the dough fresh daily, the wings are delectable. The salads are great. Keep up the good work.

I called for a pizza and they said my account was “flagged for non delivery” because I called the head manager a “cunt. ” I’ve never done that, there are 25 units in my building, they were very rude and hung up on me multiple times when I tried to explain that. 13 year worker and extremely rude. Would never recommend.

Watched a blonde haired woman employee at this place cut my pizza with no gloves on and she was leaning over it without a hairnet. No gloves no hairnet disgusting. Won't be returning

Called up here to place an order on 8/5/2022 around 9: 30-10: 00pm, was instantly put on hold for 5 minutes then when i actually got to speak to an employee he was very rude and kept laughing, made me repeat my card number to him four times then hangs up on me in the middle of me speaking, when i called back up there to speak to a manager about what happened the manger was very nice but i could hear the man who hung up on me in the background saying "i was trying to take her card number and she was playing around"? Very unprofessional, i will not be ordering here again.

Waited nearly two hours before falling asleep for an order that never came, every time I called asking where and if my order was coming. I was either put on hold for an extended period of time or hung up on. Terrible service, still no refund either.

I was in Cleveland last night from out of town and ordered a pizza from here. The prices were extremely reasonable and we were def ready to have some dinner. Unfortunately the pizza we ordered was completely inedible.don’t let the photos fool you- that is not cheese you see, that is raw pizza dough. The pizza was not even remotely close to being cooked, if it was a little doughy I would have sucked it up and ate it still- but this was pretty bad. So we had an entire medium pizza go to waste and ended up not having the dinner we ordered. Unfortunately I thought this place would be fine because they had one of the higher ratings for a pizza place in Cleveland but due to my experience I would not recommend.

I love their pizza.had an issue a few years ago but it wasnt nunzios fault.it was due to a very rude ex son in law of mine n I'm so glad he's an ex now.lol and I can get great pizza again.

Very rude called to place an order they picked up and hung up not a simple they are closed or anything used my mother’s phone who always orders from them and they picked up and said they were closed what’s the difference from a known customer and a potential customer you lost a great customer this way wasn’t hard to tell me you were closed like you thought you was telling her rude rude if I could give zero stars I would! I will take my known service back to don gee’s

I have ordered from you on multiple occasions and the only negative experience I had was a female who took my order. Despite this, I continued to order from your establishment because the food was good. Well tonight, a woman named Amanda informed me it would be 2-3 hours before I would get my food delivered to me. I said that was fine. She then got an attitude bringing up my girlfriend who called an hour before trying to order for me cause Ive been sick. Amanda said I had to produce an ID with my Visa Gift Card. I've used these Visa Gift Cards on multiple occasions with your establishment and was never asked to produce ID. When I asked Amanda how long this has been their policy, she said "forever". I asked why I've been able to do so in the past and she said "I don't know".
My family has spent probably $40-60 per week ordering food from your establishment since we moved here last March. That will never happen again.
