NY Bagel Deli, Medina OH

I got the tuna salad on a toasted everything bagel with chips. Everything was delicious! I do have 2 concerns. The tuna salad was runny; as in juice was running down my hand. It's definitely not something I wanted while driving. The other is that the chips seemed mostly smashed. I wonder why they would have even bagged chips like that. If I go back there, I'll see if the chips are the same.

Being from NY we thought we’d give it a try well this morning my husband went early got 6 bagels and I can tell you two were fresh the others which were onion we definitely not and we thought being there early if they were freshly made they would be warm… not. Definitely not up to a try NY bagel very disappointing and will not be retuning.

DO NOT CATER FROM HERE! Ny bagel deli came into our work place and brought pamphlets and asked if we could cater from them. So i decided to order on their website on Tuesday 12/27 to be delivered Saturday 12/31 @ 12pm. (Plenty of notice) well, the day of, a door dasher called me @ 11 am saying it was a 2 hour wait for our food. So i called the store and they told me they had just received my order that morning and were yelling at me that i didn’t give enough notice. I told them that i had ordered it Tuesday. They told me i was lying and that i had just ordered it, then they said they ran out of food because of our order and that they are not equipped to be catering for 40 people. (THEN WHY DID THEY COME INTO OUR STORE AND ASK US TO CATER FROM THEM? !) then the door dasher said he wasn’t going to wait, so i told the store that and they said well you will have to pick it up then. I didn’t order it through door dash, i ordered it from their website so i feel like they should be the ones to figure it out! The employee and manager i talked to were awful. Then to top it all off, we finally got the food over an hour late, and it was absolutely disgusting. Half of it didn’t even get ate.

Mixed experience, good food rude cashier 12/3 recommend watching the video on this one. Around 1

Best breakfast food in Medina hands down. The workers are always nice and food is awesome every time.

Very good breakfast bagel and I can't wait to try about 20 other things I saw on the menu this place is the Real Deal

The most disappointing sandwich I have ever ordered.

I got the NYSE and literally half the pastrami was inedible gristle. I had to dispose of half of every bite. This is unacceptable for a $15 sandwich.
Not to mention there were maybe 3 slices of pastrami on the sandwich.

I will never go back, very disappointed.

Used to LOVE this place. I think they changed ownership and the food and customer service went downhill. Super greasy, bag of chips was at least a size smaller. Walked in at 2: 10 and was given awful looks from the 2 girls working.

I rarely give out five star reviews, but this is about the best Reuben you can get in Northeast Ohio.

They always start a pot of decaf if someone in your party can't tolerate full strength.

I love this place. The food is so top notch. The menu is crazy big so you never have to eat the same thing twice and are always getting tempted. The staff are great. Busy on weekends but that’s because word got out how great the food is!

One of my favorite places to eat in Medina! They have the friendliest workers. Great salad bar (although that’s currently off the menu) and amazing homemade potato chips. We also love their bagels and cream cheese. Started coming here when my husband was in the hospital and I’m so glad I found it! It has remained a favorite.

One of the best bagels and cream cheese around, hands down. The bagels are big and have that nice bagel chew. They are a big hit at work.

Not the best experience this time. We we're the only customers at this point, so our carryout order should have been relatively quick and painless. Completely the opposite. Only one female employee was doing all the work while the other 3 or 4 employees stood around completely clueless and not assisting. Not sure about the guy cashier's training or experience but he only added to the bad experience. I think what should have normally taken 5-10 minutes took nearly 30 minutes this time. Too bad since it was our time back in since the pandemic began. We used to be weekly regulars before the plague.

I grew up on Long Island and was excited when I saw this place. I give them 3 stars for the effort. But they are nowhere near the quality of New York.

Best bagel delly i’ve ever ate at, care about there food and try the bagels are never stale, i came here at 9 and it was fast with a lot of workers, this place is just amaizng.
