Oakley Store reviews
6Was nice to look around although I would never spend hundreds on a pair of glasses that cost 5$ to make.
Decent size store inside the mall. They have a really good selection of sunglasses to choose from. If they don't have what you're looking for I'm sure they can order it. Staff is hit and miss though. I have several pair of Oakley sunglasses and quite a few other things from Oakley. It's one if my favorite brands! I absolutely love my kitchen sink backpack.
Great friendly service. The employee was quick and very helpful with helping me select new lenses and changing them out. Was very knowledgeable about the products. And educated me with some helpful care tips.
Was in search of a specific model that was "sold out" directly from Oakley. Called into the store and spoke with Ryan who went above and beyond to find them for me. Great customer service, Ryan! Thank you.
Sales associate was very friendly and helpful. Had replacement lenses in stock which she swapped for me. In and out in just a few minutes.
I have been here a few times and the staff seem to disappear pretty quickly if you don't immediately walk in and buy something. I went in this morning with two pairs of glasses that needed to be fixed and was told that my only option was to call customer service and ship them in. The woman who spoke tobus did not look at the sunglasses or offer any help. When we checked the website, it said we could bring them into the store they were purchased at, so we called the Easton location and sure enough, they said we could bring them in to be looked at and they would do what they could or send them out for us if needed. I live closer to Polaris and even work in that mall, but I'd rather go to a store farther away where the staff is willing to actually help.
