The Doctors, Staff and treatment of our pets at Oakview are definitely excellent. I wouldn't put any credence in any negative review about them.

We had to bring our loved Pet Bunny Rabbit named BUN in to be seen on very short notice with some very concerning sickness occurring and when every single Rabbit specialist in the area was booked for weeks out, they took the time to hear me out, make the accommodations for us to come in asap and treated us incredibly well, treated Mr. Bun and it truly was a very wholesome experience on very short notice to them. I cannot thank Oakview Veterinary Hospital enough for the stellar help, prompt attention to our Pet and most importantly taking the time to hear me out on short notice. Special thanks to the receptionist Felicia for everything. Lisa, Bob, and Bun thank you greatly.

I had to bring my large dog in to get drainage tubes taken out of her chest and they removed them quickly with care. Everyone at this office is all about the animal's well-being

I’ve been taking my foster cats to Oakview for several years for spays and neuters. They have taken excellent care of all of my cats.

Oakview has been fair and caring with the many, many animals we have sent their way. We are connected to them through personal pets and fosters who came to us through rescue work. They have been strong advocates for the best possible care and fair in their treatment plans and explanations. We go to them for the rescue animals because those can be challenging cases with life or death decisions routinely on the line. The vets truly care about each life we've entrusted to them, and they are able to articulate clearly our options and costs. We find them to be both reasonable and competent, a combination that is necessary and a little tricky where it comes to rescue animals because a high volume means a need for affordable care, but also the high quality, thoughtful care for our fosters as we would for our own pets. Remarkably, Oakview is able to accommodate that tall order and more.

Wonderful vet staff! They are kind and caring to their customers and make sure the animals care is their top priority. They always do what’s necessary and don’t cut corners or try to over charge you.

Business office manager is not polite and very disrespectful on the phone and in person. While I am not a client as they are stating my mother in law has been for 25 years! They are also having employees boost reviews so you don’t see the truth.

Do not go here unless you want to be shamed and disrespected by the staff. The way this practice treats their clients is absolutely unacceptable and truly embarrassing. There is no understanding or support in making difficult decisions with our pets that we consider to be members of our family. (Edit: I am personally not a client, however my mother was accused of animal abuse by this clinic because she opted to not put an elderly cat through an expensive procedure and the clinic refused to euthanize.)

My sister-in-law recommended their office to us, so we brought in a stray kitten we recently rescued. They were incredibly kind and gentle with him, and were very helpful with recommending the best plan of action to get him integrated into our home.

Also, my partner and I thought *he* was a *she* (he has very noticeable nipples…), and they were very sweet with letting us know. We’re just glad we went with a neutral name of Salem.

We are long standing clients of Oakview. As a rescue person and a multi pet home, we need to have a trusted relationship with our veterinarians. From the staff to both doctors, we have always received compassionate and professional care.

The dr’s and nurses have always been a great help with anything I have brought my animals to. 100 percent trust this office with any animals that I will bring to them! Don’t let one persons review ruin what you can experience at this place!

Oakview has always been accommodating when my animals were sick and needed medical attention on short notice. My primary vet is quite a distance a way so I've relied on Oakview for occasional visits, and the vets are always thorough and willing to share records with my other vet. They also treat my dad's dog and cat regularly and provide him with options for treatments as needed because he's on a budget. The staff cares about their clients and patients, even on days that seem a little hectic they take time to communicate with owners and treat each animal accordingly.

When we brought our cat that we had just rescued from the shelter to get medical attention, they gave us a poor prognosis that would be lots of money that we didn’t have. Unfortunately because of that, we had to make the difficult decision with lots of tears to euthanize this elderly cat because we didn’t want it to be in pain. The staff REFUSED to euthanize and instead of being professional ended up yelling at me and my family. If your looking for a compassionate, kind, and supportive veterinarian office, this is not the place to go.
