Oakwood Park, Lorain OH

It's a wonderful park to go to it's about 2.5 miles of great jogging space and it has a playground, baseball field and a outdoor pool

Grew up as a kid hanging out at Oakwood all the time, im happy they're slowly upgrading it for the community it just needs a little bit of clean up

It's a decent park needs to be sprayed for the bees and hornets that have overrun the park but other than that a nice place to take the kids

Nice park for walking and the playground has a zip line, merry go round and swings. Through the summer there are different bands and family events which is really nice for the community.

I'm here for the Big Voice contest and the Summer Concert Series. It's been a good time

Well it was a a great time like always place is nice clean convenient approximately 2 mi from my home I go there often

I used to swim here as a kid in the summer and sled down the big hill in winter. Good times!

Nice to walk around, problem is people don't pick up after themselves and drivers throw litter out their window.

Litter everywhere. Had to clean area before we could set up. All garbage cans were overflowing with trash.

I love this park, take my son's dog All the time I can she loves chasing ️ up the trees (she just wants to play). People need to Stop throwing their garbage down specifically by the playground!

I wish the city would put more into this amazing resource and I wish the citizens treated it with care.

Went to the park to enjoy food and music. Different vendors there with a variety of selections. Enjoyed eating from Tito's food truck. Park has playground, basketball courts, baseball fields with a childs zipline. Great place to picnic. Nice night of music.

Its a great park but trashy af. Its full of kids daily so there needs to be someone to pick up trash daily.

So a great place, just not as active as it was when I was growing up. The Good Ole days, before the internet!
