Christie and Nancy were fantastic taking care of my clients building new homes! They were competitive and I was impressed they didn't charge the seller transfer tax to our clients. Very honest and hardworking team and closed earlier than expected!

Building a custom home is always going to be challenging and complex. My experience with Oberer homes (closed on our custom home in October 2021) was mostly positive. Solid workmanship, really good customer service on the front end (Christie - Sales & Ben - Building Foreman) and most importantly accountable ownership (Mike - Owner). The company was responsive in addressing our concerns and always went the extra mile to make things right. Would recommend them to others and would build with them again.

BUYER BEWARE. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Had 5 structural loads that wasn't supported. A property line issue that I had to fight to get fixed. Basically had to fight with them to get my property I already paid for properly finished. An electrical line to my light pole dug not even an inch below the ground almost causing me to get shocked. Water leaking in my garage, which there is a possibility might not even be fixed even after 3 years. Paint drips all over from poor painting. Every floor that I haven't fixed squeaks because they don't know how to screw down a subfloor. Poor grading and then their fixed blocked a swale therefore blocking drainage causing water to pool near my foundation. I should add that their old warranty guy said it was perfectly fine for water to flow towards a foundation. Drywall work was pure garbage. Had a lot of windows replaced due to seals breaking. Siding not properly sealed in multiple locations causing water damage. A post on my front porch that isn't properly secured causing my daughter to almost fall off the porch it moved so much. Just a horrible experience.
