O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar, Cuyahoga Falls OH

Ask about a lunch menu but they do not have a lunch menu there so I Orderd the 5 Chicken strips & my choice of side (I chose the side salad). Price $9.99. Both items were very good & Side salad was plentiful. Warm rolls and butter were brought to the booth with our water but we didn't get a second serving of the warm rolls nor the water but the waitress did come back frequently and asked how the food was. 4 of us were there on a Tuesday last week from 11: 30 am to about 1: 30 pm and it didn't seem to be real busy inside and the food was good.

They advertise publicly one price for a discount special and when you get there the price is different.

Waited forever to be seated with a young child even though on the phone I was told there was no wait moments before entering. Was finally seated got our drinks one spilled all over the table a server just threw a towel at us to clean it up. Had to request the bread multiple times. Asked for updates on our appetizer multiple times that never came, server didn’t apologize or even try to make it right. Every single order of food was messed up, missing food, missing sides, burgers being cooked wrong the whole thing. Chef came out trying to argue that the food was right even though we didn’t even have half the food we ordered, wasn’t even worth the embarrassment and attitude from the staff again no apology. Dirty place with horrible service, go somewhere else.

Filet mignon was delicious the smashed potatoes and Mac and cheese not so much. Mac and cheese was dry and lacked flavor. Smashed potatoes were old or overcooked couldn’t quiet figure out what it was but they were very slimy and not tasty. Boyfriend said the chicken tenders were good.

Fabulous service! Had a work luncheon with six of us the service was fabulous and the food even better! I've forgotten how great the menu is here, something for everyone!

The food is ok, the wait is a little long, and the service is fine. My complaint lies solely on their tea, if you can call it that. Now I’m from the south so I won’t hold them up to the same standards as I would, to say, a roadside bbq stand, but this tea was so clear they may as well have not dunked a tea bag in the water at all and saved the money! Very disappointed, especially when you can hear my fresh off the southern farm accent, and didn’t warn me that it wasn’t actually tea but rather just dirty water posing as an off brand of tea.

First time ever here and the waiter was amazing food was delicious highly recommended this place

Terrible experience understaffed ribs were cold sent back to kitchen and only half came back manager loudly yelling at staff VERY poor experience

Ordered a rare steak and potato. Steak was well done and had hair in it. Potatoes were crunchy raw and undercooked. Took 20 minutes to flag someone down. After our server asked if we wanted anything else. When we refused and tried to tell her what the problem was all she said was "ok cool. " And walked away. I get that restuaunts are understaffed but that was no excuse for the lack of attention or empathy we received. Gross.

I was skeptical about going to a chain but I was way off on this one. The food was super good and all the staff was on top of it. Would highly recommend!

This place is excellent, very reasonable prices, clean and attentive. I'd eat here many more times.

Had a very rude woman serve us at the bar. We ordered drinks and food to go. From the start the server had an attitude. A customer at the table asked for a drink refill and she told her to get up and come to her to get it. Who does that. While ordering food she yelled to us from the register asking what we wanted which was across from where we were. After my husband told her he was partially deaf and couldn't hear her she continued to yell from the register not come over and talk to us. Then she brought out chicken tenders on a plate we reiterated that our food was to go and she threw the take out container at us and left. We received our food missing a salad and we ordered something with no mushrooms that came with mushrooms and didn't receive rolls. I had to ask for my salad for the item to be made without mushrooms and where our rolls were. She stated we don't get rolls because we are carrying out. We paid $83.42 and didn't receive that item she said we had to pay for it. Then we could hear her audibly talking about us in the kitchen. And then came back and said they didn't have rolls anyway. Of course her name isn't on the receipt she was so rude and nasty. I still tipped because I am nice but she has a horrible attitude I would not recommend anyone go there and experience that service. I understand times are hard but she also shouldn't be complaining about her work schedule infront of customers.

My first time going to OCharleys and I ran into an old friend from my home town he lives in Akron too we both use to live in Carbondale he works there at O'Charley's and the food was the best love it

Great establishment. Went here with my wife for lunch. Everything was good except one of our salads came out looking frozen and lettuce was rotting. We brought it up to the manager and he took care of it right away. He also apologized for the inconvenience. Other than that issue, it was a good experience but service wasn’t that great, which is why I am giving 3 stars.
