I’m a regular donor at this location and there is some light skin lady that seems like she always has an attitude and her make up is very heavy on her face and today and I got screened by her and she tried to shove the temp needle down my throat and told me my temp was too high and I was feeling perfectly fine by the way and I told her that’s not how I normally donate and she said that she was doing it the right way…. I feel so violated but My fiancé was able to donate but we will be going to a new plasma center

I guess they dont want people that work anymore closed everyday early after i get off work at 3: 30PM i hope they will extend my days to get the 7 donations in for new donors within 45 days with them being closed Saturdays that leaves me with Sunday

Extremely poor customer service from some of the staff. Disrespectful conversation from the phlebotomists. She must be young, no excuse. I will not continue to come here after the offer ends. They seem to think that they are doctor's. I've had bad experience here before but this, thumbs down

Never staffed and assitant manager is very rude, and has a real attitude that needs to be addressed.they close early often l. Today I went, it's 2 pm and was told I may not get seen today, and if I wasn't donating. By 4pm I would have to leave.hey close in 3 hours! I HAVE NEVER HAD ISSUES AT CSL. They need to get their act together and possibly change management. I deserve an apology for how I was treated.

This place use to run smoothly now it's the complete opposite the workers take there time u will literally sit there for 5 plus hours maybe more thankfully i have a job and don't rely on the little money they give u definitely not worth the wait anymore

Bad service again! I came in early today I was on line for more then 1 hour outside and after we was inside they told us to get out because they not gonna take no one else it was enough staff at The Lorain Ave office today they doing this alot lately I’m going to start looking for another place to go… if they close at 5 pm why they telling us to leave at 2: 30 pm?

Horrible, have a new inhumane procedure where they make you wait outside baking in the sun and if you try to go in a security guard kicks you out and makes you wait outside. No air conditioning for you. I wait outside from 3: 55 to 4: 25 and they sent everyone home, just after someone came out to check on us saying we would be ok as long as we were at the door by 5pm. They have new business hours due to shortened staff and some days they completely shut everything down the entire day for not having a nurse available, except it keeps happening more often, not professional enough. 2021 new hours and rules are a joke. They should hire more people and give them some raises. I asked what they are going to due in winter and she said they will cross that bridge when they come to it.

Don't ever go here. You'll wait outside in the cold for hours. Then you'll wait inside for hours while the staff dawdle and chit chat. Unprofessional and unsafe, any other plasma donation service is better than this mess. Do yourself a favor and try either BPL or CSL. 1 Star is TOO HIGH for the awful place this is. I hope every employee gets stressed and quits and they have to close it down for good. -10/10, don't even recommend to your worst enemy.

The majority of the staff are courteous and helpful. However, the blonde girl who treats everyone like trash should be fired. I’ve witnessed her mock donors’ clothes, appearance, etc. I’m not expecting to be treated like royalty walking in here, I’m not even asking anyone to be friendly but seriously that blonde shouldn’t be allowed to work here. She’s one of the most unprofessional, inexperienced people I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. If it weren’t for her, I’d give this location 5 stars…she’s literally that awful.

Staff is very unprofessional everyone is tired of waiting hrs on hrs outside then hrs for vitals and hrs to donate. Everytime i pull up there a long line outside.we are tired of waiting 4 or more hrs for 60 dollars

This location is ALWAYS understaffed, and those employees are worked to the bone. Today I waited in line just to be checked in for AN HOUR, and thats with the "Octapass"; I had to leave. My average time from start to finish is 3 hours. Dont be in a rush when you go.

The workers stand around alot talking to each other complaining they dont have enough help so they cause the wait to longer because they dont care they have bad attitudes never a welcoming feeling always low staff as the others move slow as they can with attitudes and if you ask to talk to boss lady she hides in the office poor management i have been sitting here for hours while they just complain they cant handle their job five new patients today after that they have turned away at 20 new donors because low on staff poor management

It appears that everyone of this location is of a low inteligence. I got sent home with a temperature of, get this, 107 degrees, and was told to "come back tomorrow"
Their machines aren't working correctly and neither are their critical thinking skills.

Would give less but manager and nurse can't do there job and if u try to talk to them they just ask u to leave beware new donors won't get your full pay go some where else very incompetent at this location

If u got 5 hours it’s ok but they do not care if u wait all day! Very unprofessional! While they hang out and talk all day! They figure they gotta be there all day u gotta be there all day NO just go else where! They don’t pay enough to be acting like that. Believe me, They all slow but at least CSL pays u to sit
